The centralized location was ideal for our weekend needs. The large suite was exceptional and made getting ready for a wedding very comfortable.

Our room was a corner suite, so there were some peculiarities that probably are a result of the location. There was no nightstand or outlet on one side of the bed. The bathroom was also exceptionally narrow, but was still great quality.

I was moved to a different hotel because of overbooking. It was lesser quality than Sheraton

Pillows are terrible

We have stayed twice both times related to flights in and out of O'Hare. The location is convenient, hotel is clean and pleasant, beds comfortable.

Front desk staff was not as friendly as our first stay. I was told when I checked in that the parking would cost $5 since I was a Bonvoy member. I had not expected a charge for parking but agreed. The next morning I was charged $35 and was told by a front dest manager with a rude tone that I must have misunderstood. when I questioned again she agreed to take it down to $25. It was obvious from her tone and lack of eye contact and frown on her face that I was being a pain in her side.

I loved the reception and the reception staff, frankly, they were very excellent and very helpful, as well as the design of the room, its spaciousness and the services in it 😍 and the design of the hotel interior and lobby was very beautiful design and I liked it 👍🏼 I also enjoyed the gym and it was clean, sophisticated and completely sterile

Rekuperacja bardzo głośna i nie da się jej wyregulować tak żeby było akurat. Było albo za gorąco albo za zimno. Nawiew był tak głośny że nie dało się spać. Stary bardzo zimne nieocieplone okna. Bardzo głośne dźwięki dobiegające z korytarza przez duże okno wychodzące z pokoju na korytarz. Fatalne śniadania w ogóle niewspółmierne do wysokości opłaty za taki standard hotelu

The interior door between the living space snd bedroom was not functioning properly. The door dtivks ehen attempting to close and lock it.

Breakfast was good, though having just got back from France we found the breads and pastries rather plain and cold. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable, very clean and quiet. Personnel very helpful, efficient and polite. I plan to stay there again.
