Very pleasant city hotel, near to the airport with courtesy bus , does have a restaurant although I arrived to late. Good breakfast and helpful staff

Das Hotel hat seine Glanzzeiten weit hinter sich gelassen. Zudem war das Frühstück entgegen der Booking.com Bestätigung NICHT im Preis enthalten. Angeblich ist das bei Third-Party-Providern immer so.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Check-in and checkout were simple, with no surprises other than a deposit (only a pseudo-surprise, as these are more and more common these days). Great proximity to L-train; it was a simple 5 minute walk to the station and, from there, an easy ride directly downtown.

Hotel seemed a bit dingy (at least the floor I was on), with random construction material and cleaning supplies left out in the hallways. Staff started bustling (and talking loudly) around 7am (fine for me, but weird if you're trying to sleep in). When I arrived, staff were quite unfriendly until the realized I had a reservation. Weird. Maybe they just didn't like my face. The hotel restaurant has a lovely vibe but the food is mediocre at best (and is the only food option in the immediate vicinity). Gym was tiny, out of water, cups and towels, and dirty.

Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä, mutta hieman päivittäistä vaihtelua kaivattaisiin.

Hotellin ja Booking.comin välinen yhteistyö ei toimi, niinkuin pitäisi: hotellin järjestelmässä oli yhä alkuperäinen varaus, jota olin muuttanut pariin kertaan hyvissä ajoin ennen matkan alkua. Samaten viestien vaihto Booking.comin kautta ei toiminut, hotelli jätti vastaamatta useaan viestiini.

It includes free parking.

Bathroom was not clean. Floor of white bathtub was yellow and had black spots of lime. Also, the floor and carpet could be vacuumed before a new guest arrives, ours were really dirty.

The price is acceptable. Booking told me I need to pay 241.81 but end up paying 285.17. Messaged them no reply. Need to call hotel and told they charge 17.4% tax and charges.

Only one staff in the bar. Bad attitude due to work flow. Do not take new customer. Have nowhere to go near the hotel. One of the front desk staff helped us to find a restaurant which need to drive. Very different to find entrance to hotel. Not easy to walk to another side of street, not sure how to walk to subway in 4 mins as advised.
