Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, alles ist sehr schnell zum Teil zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal und eine außergewöhnliche Dachterrasse runden die perfekte Unterkunft ab.

A real gem of a place to stay - wonderful location with easy walking to attractions and food. The desk staff were just brilliant - helpful and welcoming - Superb service from the moment we arrived til the moment we left; Great job guys/girls!!

Cuisine très bien équipée. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du cable car près de ghirardelli. Peu de bruit alors qu'on est en ville. Très propre et grand. Roof top à ne pas rater.
Literie du canapé bof heureusement que c'était pour 2 enfants.

Overall we thought this was very good accommodation; very clean, size of most rooms very good & it had a well equipped kitchen with plenty of work surface. Since we eat most meals in, this was very appreciated. Wi-Fi very good. Excellent location for Alcatraz ferry; about 20 mins walk. Staff were helpful & very pleasant. There is a useful, small launderette on-site.
The floor boards above us were very creaky & whoever was above walked about constantly. Bathroom is small. Didn't like having minimal natural light in the bedroom - our room backed onto the internal area of the block. There was quite a lot of road noise, which wasn't conducive to sitting out on the balcony. Fisherman's Wharf is very touristy, so from our point of view, it did not appeal to us. Other people would have found it fine though.

I searched thouroghly for family rooms with separate bedroom in SF and this was a very good choice.
the location is fantastic, the public transportation is at your doorstep (line 28 takes you to golden gate viewing area and to the park, line 30 to china town and city center) and the rooms have fully equipped kitchen and are quite spacious for family of 4. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, as well as the housekeeping. Sundeck is very nice, with wonderful views of the bay and good air, elevator is important since it is not something a regular apartment would have.
Note that parking is limited and with a fee (35$/day), you can park in the street outside for free from 7pm to 10am if you are lucky/devoted or in another garage for 52$ per night. first night I was lucky to park outside, second day the staff located a free spot in their garage, and I returned my car after 2 nights instead of keeping it until the end of the trip to avoid payment.
1. the bathroom is not up to standard. it is too small, the sink is too high/far (even my wife struggled) and shower doesn't have the expected water pressure. it's not bad, I just wished it was better.
2. the walls/floors are very thin, and you hear every step on the floor above or conversations on the adjacent room/hallway. we did ask for a quiet room away from the street, which helped decrease the street noise.

The suites had themed nights like ice cream Wednesday and wine hour Friday, really fun while while on holiday.
The staff were great with the kids and generally really helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great- right near Fisherman's Wharf. The room was wonderful with kitchen and living space for our family of 3 to spread out. The staff were warm and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked on 23 November for a stay 7-11 February. I realised about 5 minutes after doing that when I was double checking that I had made a mistake and taken the non refundable price and tried to contact them several times via booking.com to have it changed. No reply and then only a reply that it was non refundable. This seemed very unfair as it was less 5 minutes after pushing the button.
In the end I gave up and we decided to go as no refund and we did not want to lose the money. On the 5 February when we were leaving for the States I received a message that they were unfortunately unable to accomodate us from 7-11 Februrary and offered a stay at the Wyndham from 08-11 February instead. I am not sure where they wanted us to sleep from 7-8 February??? Needless to say we had to refuse this offer.
I have complained via booking.com when I received the message and for the second time today, currently zero feedback. However I keep on getting automatic messages to review the stay..... totally unacceptable...
i only had problems and a few days before my stay they sent a message that they were unable to accomodate us, we never stayed so I do not understand why you send me these messages, I am vey unhappy

We arrived after having our rental car broken into and bags stolen- the desk clerk was so kind and went out of his way to make our stay as nice as possible. Inside the Inn feels like a pleasant retreat from the city. We were grateful to have our rental car in a nice secure garage while we explored the next day. The shower was fantastic and suites were nice and big with kitchen.
The sleeper sofa was not comfortable at all.

Right in the middle of the action in Fisherman’s Wharf. Right where I wanted to be with the cable car right there and lots of good food.
Our original room wasn’t ready so we had to move rooms with a baby in the middle of our stay.

Nice apartment with separate bedroom and patio. Share rooftop patio was beautiful with great view of Bay and Alcatraz. Close to touristy part of town and short walk to North Beach / Chinatown. Easy bus access. Very convenient parking.
No indication when booking that parking is extra ($35/day).

Loved the location! We were four blocks or less from Ghiradelli Square, Lombard Street, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Hop-on-Hop-off Bus, and Buena Vista Cafe. We walked to all these places from our hotel. A key card was required to get in the hotel front door—very secure. Staff was very friendly!
Could not park on the street nearby—danger of car break-ins.

Location was close enough to walk everywhere or very convenient to public transport. Suite provided all necessities for cooking, etc. and laundry on premises. Great view from rooftop deck . Excellent value, very clean facility with a great staff. Some street noise with sliding doors open but not too noisy.

I love the location, it's close to major sites. The kids love it.. The unit is very clean and charming. It's like actually living in an apartment.
I did not like the most is how Booking.com and Fisherman's Wharf are completely not working together. Booking.com charged me when I booked my unit and when I arrived to this place they demanded a payment too saying they don't communicate with Booking.com and I settle the problem with Booking.com and ask for refund. This place said they showed no payment per Booking.com. Do they even have system with Booking.com? As a costumer I should have not gone through such mess. This place and Booking.com should work better together or this place should not post there business with Booking.com. I did not know Booking.com was not supposed to charge. My main concern as a costumer was to find a NICE place to stay and pay for it. PERIOD. Simple. What is the point? Booking.com is only good for seeing costumer ratings.

Parking was fantastic! Safely behind locked gate-we left our electric bikes in the back of the truck even! They had cameras in the garage and no access to outsiders! A car next to ours even left their window totally down-now that’s something you don’t find anymore! Mari at the front desk was amazing and gave us the run down on everything we needed to know!
