Está bien ubicado y bien comunicado. Tiene unas hogueras para hacer marshmellos(nubes) y te dan un kid a la llegada para poderlas hacer.

Lo encuentro caro por lo que es. No tienen nada de comida ni desayuno, aunque cerca hay cafeterías. El parking es caro. Debería ser gratis si te alojas allí.

Die Lage ist top um Abends noch den Trubel anzuschauen.

Die Parkgebühren finde ich mit 64$+ Tax doch recht hoch. Gut für die, die ohne Auto in der Stadt sind.

Caro para lo que realmente es. Parking muy caro, debería ser gratis. La informsción turística pobre: solo nos intentarin vender el transporte hop in and out del autobús turístico. No nos informaron del transporte público que es mucho más barato y muy fácil de usar. No nos informaron de lugares que ver o visitar, o de los horarios que vale la pena ir a Twin Peaks o al Golden Gate ya que pos las mañanas y por las tardes la niebla no deja ver nada. Un mapa en una fotocopia es todo lo que nos dieron después de esperar más de 15 minutos a que apareciera la señora.

Only thing good about my stay was the location. It is in walking distance to Pier 39. I can't really think of anything else that my wife and I liked.

My trip didn't start out very well. I requested a early check in at 12pm because I had concert tickets that started at 3pm. This request was approved before my arrival. Once my wife and I arrived, we were told that our room wasn't ready and they would call or message us when it was. At that time the lady told us it probably would be about a 1 hour wait. So after 1 1/2 hour wait, I approached the front desk and was told again my room was not ready. Regular check in time was 4pm and after waiting until 4:20 pm, I again approached the front desk and was told my room was finally ready. I was never notified when my room was ready and multiple people gave me the impression that they didn't care and it was something I had to deal with. Now about our stay. The prices are overwhelming. When I booked my room my total was around $500 for 2 nights. When I checked out with the outrageous prices of parking and all kinds of weird fees my bill was around $750. So beware of the gouging. The rooms are very dated and the place is very old throughout. There is barely any hot water or pressure in the shower. Toilet was running, had to fix it multiple times. The air conditioner takes a long time to cool the room. I will never stay here again.

I was ectastic that our room had a gorgeous view of the Sky Ferris Wheel, the ocean and Alcatraz!!!! The location being on Fisherman's Wharf, was steps away from Pier 39 where we loved watching the sea lions and we were able to walk to our tour boat agency on Pier 33 to visit Alcatraz. We were also able to easily walk to the Musee Mechanique to enjoy this vintage arcade! It was also only a 40 minute walk to the San Fran MOMA. Our son loved that the resort had a pool table, ping pong, shuffle board and so many other games. And we received two nights worth of smore making kits! The staff was friendly, professional and accomodating.

Just being a major city, we knew ahead of time parking would be extra, but that's okay. The staff informed of us of the lowest priced place to park. Breakfast is not included. Again, not a big deal. The hotel did have the option to buy a great little breakfast from a cantina on site. I loved the open patio space where all the games and fire pits were, but I wasn't happy that people that were not associated with the hotel could wander in from the boardwalk facing restaurant attached to the hotel. I wish guests of the hotel had badge access from that restaurant into the patio space rather than there be an open door. Or if there was a security staff person of the hotel there at that pass thru.
