The staff were so accommodating. They made us feel special and important. There were numerous freebies such as cookies and milk between 8 and 9, free post cards that they post for you, great games to play as a family etc

The price of the car park is very expensive

Locatie is geweldig, super hotel, prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

The location was great, within walking distance of many touristic attractions. The hotel has garage parking. Friendly staff. Room was clean and good size. They gave us a complimentary bed for our 6yo kid.

The pool is a bit on the small side. Breakfast option was underwhelming

The lighting in room could be brighter, the aircon unit was a little noisy and it would be better if there is a kettle in the room

I was charged for early check-in when the text message said it was complimentary. Also coffee machine in room wasn't stocked. Had to go to lobby in pajamas to obtain my morning coffee

The staff are pretty responsive and kind. The room is also spacious, clean and comfortable.

Didn’t provide toothpaste, toothbrush, and razor in the first place, not sure if it’s the norm.

The bar staff weren’t the friendliest

The heater / aircon kept making clicking sounds through out the night, waking us up on many occasions! View from the room was disgusting (concrete wall).

The fact we were overcharged and neither the third party or the hotel staff were prepared to resolve the issue. The amount we were charged was already inflated and then the were charged an extra $240 the manager was contacted however would not discuss the issue with us until we pressed them on it after which still would not prepared to discuss. In addition, one reason we booked was for the swimming pool which was heated for all year round swimming which in fact was not heated!! Do yourself a favour and book the RIU which is better location and more economical at a similar standard.

I liked that the staff acknowledged us every time we walked in. The gym and games room were good. It was clean and well located.

The bin trucks outside our room. They were very loud and woke us up super early.

The location off of Fisherman’s Wharf was perfect and the lounge really made the stay.

I can honestly say I have nothing I was disappointed with.

Property is in a great location, bar area is great with pool tables and plenty of areas to relax. Everything is close by cafes, trader Jo’s, bars etc.
