The hospitality and comfort ability. It’s a small but mighty motel.
The bathroom windows could use some curtains. Windows are blurry but it adds an extra step of privacy.

There was no pool, no bar, no
restaurant, no kitchenette, as shown on the website,
No more using BOOKING. COM unless some type of refund is made to make up for the fraudulent amenities that were on the Sieata website.

There were two full beds in our room that were very comfortable.The AC worked well also, and the staff was very laid back.
The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner.

Easy access to the main road.
We were given an upgrade so they say. We had a room on the back side of the hotel/motel which meant you walked by 2 rv's with covered windows and camo netting and a broken down truck. Once you went past the RV's on the right there were some chairs with a grill. To the left was our room. We were in #1. The rooms next to us had cardboard in the windows by the a/c. Our room has bugs and when mentioned to the owner he said we brought them in and that we kept the door open for 20-30 minutes and that he had us on film. I told him that wasn't true and he changed the subject. We have photos if needed. Housekeeping was also horrible. This place is creepy. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Friendly staff and rooms were cleaned each day with fresh towels. Beds were decently comfortable and we slept well.
The wifi had almost no signal, was very slow and barely worked, if at all. Pillows probably need to be replaced because they smelled a bit like sweat.

The staff was nice gave good ideas and placed to go for the day.
When I walked into my room the lady informed me the tv didn’t work so enjoy your stay! Did offer a discount and said they had wifi but never gave me the code so I couldn’t use it! Getting high in the morning! Sweet!

Perfect for our needs. Great location. Loved the room in the back! Had everything we needed, and price was just right!!

everything! when we checked in, there was such an overwhelming stench of disinfectant that we had to turn on the ac and leave the door open for over an hour to just sit in the room. There wasn’t anyone available in the office multiple times we went to discuss. overall cleanliness was horrible. Roaches in bathroom. We stayed away from the motel as long as we could only returning to sleep then get up early and be gone…it is the season down in the keys so we could not find other accommodations otherwise we would have left and forfeited what i paid. Sleeping on the ground in a tent or our car would have been much better

Lock didn't work, bathroom door falling apart, toilet didn't flush very well, couldn't shut bathroom door, office closes at 4 p.m. It's scary. No lobby, no coffee in room, window air conditioner held with tape.

Quaint and charming motel in a good location. Delightful room and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful management. Excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The location was good to the places we wanted to visit.
I received an email that the office would be open until 4 PM. We arrived to a locked office door with an envelope on with my full name on it taped to the door, with a note indicating which room we would be staying in and that the door was not locked and the key was inside.
We found this a bit of a safety issue and a bit disconcerting to go inside an open room right off the main highway. We checked all rooms and confirmed windows were locked.
