The sister property’s pool and beach
The yoga class I booked - the instructor didn’t show up at all. The front desk deflected responsibility and wouldn’t refund my fee.
The lobby bathrooms were trashed on Sunday morning - literally the floor was strewn with toilet paper and paper towels and 2 stalls were dirty with no toilet paper left at all. I told the front desk attendant. No apology or reaction except - well, housekeeping’s not here yet. It was 7:40 am
Woke up Sunday morning with no coffee pods in our room. I walked down to the front desk. Attendant said he would have housekeeping bring some up and offered to make me an Americano since that was the only thing he could do. I was really pleased with the reaction UNTIL he charged me for it. Also, housekeeping never showed up with the coffee pods.
Also, because we booked through a third party there would not honor our Hilton Rewatds, AARP, or AAA discount.

The shower in our room cannot stop talking about it . Wonderful!!! The best is you also do not have go anywhere else for food or relaxation a gym big one hammocks beautiful grounds well cared for staff extremely friendly

We enjoyed the onsite restaurant/bar and the pool. The staff was super friendly! The breakfast was great with many options. The location was great as well. Very clean room!

The room was in a tropical surrounding but opening the curtain and all I saw was a big white wall. If you make a terrace outside room 248 which is a limited investment you can suddenly change the room from a blocked view room to a ocean junior suite with terrace. Would be a very good ROI! Just a tip

It’s truly a historic place. Have been before.
Marina facility is 5 star.
Restaurant is, “just ok”. Actually kind of “cold and dark” inside and not so “Florida Keys”.
Cleaning staff is terrible.
Rooms are not 4 or 5 star clean.
Corners filled with dust and hair, carpets stained and gross… elevators stay dirty all day.
Add a chiller to the adult pool? May take the edge off.

The pool was nice. There was shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided in the bathrooms. The hammocks and chess area were nice as well. Also, the dock at night with the lighthouse on was also very very nice.
Stayed in room #209. You can hear doors being shut and opened. When you made your way to the pool between the lobby and pool area there was a smell of burning cables or some sort of metal. For being a 4 star hotel, the hallways of the rooms where I was staying were not that clean (2nd floor). There were stains on the doors & walls. Honestly I was expecting more for being a "resort".

called 4x at different times in the morning and never got ahold of the front desk. when I arrived the girl admitted she saw my phone call come through but that she was working alone the entire time. no fault of hers but staffing needs need to improve
