In our experience the breakfast was the worst we have ever been offered - it went straight in the bin….horrible and inedible!! A simple donut and coffee would be better.

Todo bien, pero un día no nos hicieron servicio de aseo y no supimos el motivo. ¿Se saltaron la habitación?¿Faltó la mucama? Quedamos con la duda pero tampoco preguntamos.

The breakfast was basic could have been better quality for the price. Location was great.

The general manager is the worst manager I have ever come across, and I am a manager myself. He kicked us out and called the police on us for complaining about the lack of housekeeping. For the price paid we should not have to repeatedly ask for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels each day and toilet paper stocked in our room. We asked nicely every day to make sure it was done but it never was then finally on the last day, we were fed up and complained to an employee when we got back from a long day at the beach in Key West when all we wanted to do was take a shower with fresh towels, and sleep in a bed with fresh sheets, but instead of taking care of our needs, the manager decided to kick us out because his employee called and woke him up out of his sleep.

Room completely renovated, very nice! Bathrooms redone, good size pool, great location. They have bikes, coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis racquets, ect. to use for free which was a great help. Staff was great, very helpful

The big TV and the safe the air-conditioned did not cool the room and it was at 61 temperature since we got there and the Refrigidador did not work

What we didn't like was that Booking.com fooled us in making a reservations in a Resort that was fully booked we reserve a garden view with a Balcony and then we upgraded to a gulf view with a Balcony and we didn't get neither we got the last room in the place which it was roomy but nothing worked we complained but the manager told us there was nothing available he told us shame on Booking. Com for reserving that was not available.we asked for a refund and he told us that we could not get a refund.oh by the way as you can see by the picture that I posted there was no gulf view we had a tree in front of the window and the shower had no door the water of the shower went on bathroom floor we had to put a towel on the floor I think our Booking.com days are gone we lost our money on this one $429.00

The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a cute room and quiet location. The staff appeared to be friendly.

There is an abundance of things, I may sound like a Karen but it’s my honest opinion and review. To start off, we were in a non smoking area but it constantly smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed. The shower was cute but the water pressure was horrible and it had only the rain fall effect (no way of changing setting and it didn’t have a movable shower head on a hose) so it was a struggle washing out our hair thoroughly and getting sand out of our bits. The room service appeared to only change the trash, take the dirty towels and make the bed. They didn’t sweep, didn’t replace fresh towels (shower nor pool), nor did they replace any toiletries through out the 4 days we were there. We’d have to go to the front office to get towels and toiletries. When we went to get the free breakfast it was portioned into boxes they’d get you out of the kitchen; there was four of us and they’d only give us two and made us pay for the other two (yes we registered and paid for four guests.) They advertise having two tiki bars but if it’s not a busy time they’re not open and it’s one bar tender that runs both so he is only at them a couple hours at a time (he has to bounce back and forth between them.) They A/C in the room was loud and semi worked, you’d have to set it in the 60’s for it to be able to catch up and cool off the room decently.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. We booked a Marina view, which was very nice. The pool looked very nice but sadly we didn't get a chance to use it. Location was in the middle of the Keys, very convenient. The walk-in shower was nice, There was enough space for our belongings.

The breakfast! Disappointed that we were given a box with a bagel, cream cheese, small OJ. small yogurt, a Blueberry Muffin and an egg (maybe a small omelette) wrapped in plastic that had to be microwaved. There was fresh coffee and toasters. Not your typical continental breakfast.

The room was clean and cute.

One thing is ace. The room was very warm at night, and Ace did not cool it off well, but besides that, it's a great place.

Everything was clean and had great presentation. Beach area towards back was nice to sit and relax. Loved the games in the bar area. Great Activity spaces for family time. We loved the pool.

The staff made the stay and receive 5 stars from our family. The beds were amazing. I would check the Safes monthly for battery/coil erosion. Our safe woke us up at 4:30 in the morning.

The pool bar was never opened. The breakfast could have changed daily considering the cost of the stay. Was not aware that pool was shared with TimeShares next door. Website implied that rentals were onsite, only item were bikes. Not sure where the "Resort Fee" goes towards with not even a restaurant on premise.

The insides of the rooms were nice and remodeled.

hot water was not consistent. sometimes we had none. but other than that, it was a good value
