I loved that my family and I were very close to the beach

When we checked in on a Tuesday Kaitlyn informed us that breakfast was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. So we ended up purchasing breakfast elsewhere even though breakfast was included in the price. I spoke with the manager Tony who then informed us that breakfast was in fact open Wednesday morning and everyday from 8am-10am. When I asked Kaitlyn why did she give us false information she stated that she only told us the restaurant was closed because that's what it said online. Long story short the ended up having to reimburse us the resort fee due to their employee not being knowledgeable about the property. Other than that our stay was pleasant and we did make it in Thursday for the breakfast which was excellent and we watched the ocean waves while we ate.

Este hotel tiene mucho encanto. La ubicación inigualable y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Nos recibió una chica en recepción realmente amable y encantadora. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Se respira paz.

Lo que no me gustó es que no había armario para colgar la ropa en mi habitación. Y otra cosa fue la hora del desayuno. Varios huéspedes a la misma hora pasa desayunar y los desayunos se demoraron muchísimo. Me levanté con tiempo para disfrutar mi desayuno cuando solo estábamos mi familia y mis amigos pero al final fueron llegando más huéspedes y fue un poco caótico. Creo que hay poco personal para atender en los desayunos. No pude esperar al mío, se demoró tanto que me tuve que ir sin desayunar.

They weren't serving breakfast the 2 mornings we were there . The freezer had broken . They did offer the $45 resort fee to be waived . There was no resort . They had a pool and a hot tub .

The pet fee , $50 a night per pet . Our room had been remodeled and it was nice . The $45 resort fee and the $50 a night fee per pet should've been disclosed when we booked this stay . This is the reason you should always call and make your own reservations .

I had an incredible experience at Rainbow Bend Resort! The resort boasts a beautiful view that simply takes your breath away. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the private beach, which offered a serene and relaxing escape. The staff was exceptionally friendly, but I must give a special mention to Maurin. Their communication skills were simply amazing, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I can't recommend Rainbow Bend Resort enough for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. It truly exceeded all my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for another memorable stay!
