Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location was great. View was awesome.

Wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it. Found hair in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. The room just needs a good upgrade in all areas.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The view was awesome. The continental breakfast was always on time and tasty.

The small frig in the room was really a freezer, since it was not operating well. The sofa pull out bed did not have a comfortable mattress.

I like the cleanliness and the location of the property. The room was very clean that it made you feel at ease. The location of the property gives you a beautiful view that you can see from the room and you get to wake up seeing the sunrise which was really nice.

One thing I didn’t like was how sensitive the smoke detector was in the room. I like taking warm to hot showers but I didn’t expect it would trigger the smoke detector to alarm.

Nice room, excellent friendly attentive staff, knowledgeable. Parking was a little tight, amenities were good, the only negative aspect was the herd of wildibeasts in the room above us on the third floor running jumping and thumping all night other than that our stay was great

We liked the view of the harbor from our room 402 although the view was partial, we had to sit on the balcony to see the harbor. I think the view from 404 on up would be better. The continental breakfast that came with room had great coffee, the yogurt had artificial sweeteners in it, the eggs came pre shelled and a nice little basket of mini chocolate croissants. You get to choose when they deliver it. The bed was very comfortable, they even have a pillow menu. The staff was friendly and helpful and we never had trouble find a parking space in the garage. It is an easy walk to the aquarium.

I loved that the staff was considerate while talking with me during check in. I loved the free complimentary room service for the continental breakfast. This made a big difference for me.

I think the facility could use a face lift based on older outdated paint and look.

The celebratory wine and chocolates in our room on arrival was a very thoughtful touch. The view from the room balcony with free sealions and seaotters also. 6the complimentary breakfast brought to the room at a time of our choice

Lack of onsite facilities eg bar or restaurant.

Beautiful king room with balcony overlooking the coast. Had a lovely ocean view. The bathroom was a nice size. The closet had plenty of room. Hot tubs on the 2nd and 4th floors. 4th floor one with a view of the ocean and harbor. It's lovely seeing the otters go by every day. Saw quite a few mother otters with babies on their tummies. Could easily spot them from our balcony. The hotel provided binoculars helped to get a closer look. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the aquarium and all the other stuff on Cannery Row. Had a lovely time wrapping up our honeymoon there. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights. Will be returning.

Hot water went out for 1 evening. But it was fixed quickly.

Everyone is so friendly and respectful. The place is very clean. We love our view overlooking the harbour. We love waking up every morning to our continental breakfast delivered to our door!

No complaints whatsoever.

Good staff, quality of continental breakfast was good, our room was clean with the exception of the sofa.

We requested a room away from the elevators to avoid noise. We were given an ADA room facing a noisy street. Family members arrived later and were upgraded without request, so we know other rooms were available. These are minor and did not ruin our trip, but there was no ironing board in our room and the clock was set 15 minutes fast.

No area for breakfast but this is dealt with by having breakfast served to the room, which is simple but nice.

The hotel provided fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and pastry options for breakfast and it was delivered to your room at a scheduled time.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. It’s outdated, but clean.
