They held my security deposit for about 3 weeks before releasing it.

Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very comfortable. I loved the balcony and garden setting- very peaceful.

Can't think of anything.

We like the helpful front desk, people work in the lounge area. The hotel is old but It's comfortable and make us feel like home. I enjoy the breakfast especially potato very delicious. I came down after 9:00 but they still have plenty to eat even It's a little late. There are staffs waiting to see if guests need anything. That makes me feel good and welcome. We really enjoy our stay and plan to stay here again when we visit Fremont.

Desk the front desk was very nice and helpful

The room was nothing like what it showed online at all. It was supposed to have been a queen and a sofa bed and very large. It was not there was one very uncomfortable king bed or queen. The air conditioning was very very loud and not okay for me to be able to sleep. . And without the air conditioning on or fan it would have been too hot. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms and the guy was very helpful with that as well. The Next Room was basically two double beds no couch but it was a lot quieter and semi comfortable. However I was interrupted by a phone call from the person that was at the front desk next after the first gal watching my name my last name why I was I there blah blah blah blah I feel very taken aback by the cross of the room and they get inconvenience and not having the one I wanted I need the extra space with the couch
