This is serious!!!! LaQuinta SanJose worst hotel ever! I had an accident two days prior my husband works for Tesla and I had an interview with Tesla’s PR department. The woman manager committed fraud & stole ‘mone. Manager & staff charged 6 times we had reservations with priceline. Our reservation was overlooked stating there’s no reservation. Worst stay ever! I had an accident two days prior my husband works for Tesla and I had an interview with Tesla’s PR dept. Please fire responsible party as they are racist! They charge our card five times and we scheduled on priceline.com when we checked in they didn’t even have a reservation and said they overbooked us overcharged us and also charged us late because I had hard time getting out in time and due to not having a room ready or extended so I could just sleep and catch up on everything after that accident before my interview as well, which should not happen. Instead, I was overdrawn $800 and the rest is history. I was also dealt as a Caucasian woman very racist by a Indian woman amongst the staff I felt like a white woman never in my history have I felt so judged and amongst racist, who were taking all my money for the keeping because they own the property. My Bank is pissed and, you’re lucky I’m not suing you! Someone needs to make this right I stayed with Windham before and especially because Tesla is involved. Shame on you and your whole thing that you stand for. I never caught that part because I was too busy trying to get all my things because someone couldn’t get the reservation right in the first place and so I’m very disappointed and I expect to be compensated for what’s happened. Elon Musk Tesla is aware and I hope you have little to no business after the crap the manager pulled.

Not a lot. Except for the location, the hotel was severely lacking. The hallway to the room was dirty, stained and filthy. The property had only 1 working elevator at the front of the hotel and the handicap room was all the way down almost to the end of the corridor. The room was a bit musty smelling, the a/c rattled, the thermostat reset itself every few minutes, there was no hot water to take a bath, the vent in the bathroom was filthy.⁶

Very noisy. Can’t sleep. Breakfast was terrible. Hotel needs upgrading. Old and dirty.

It was clean except the first room they assigned us wasn’t made up. The second room the keys didn’t work TWICE. Then I asked where the nearest place to eat was and the pointed across the street and said it’s over there about a block. It may have been, but we drove all over and couldn’t find it.

Nice secure area.

The staff was nice.

The room was not nice. It smelled bad. The security lock on the door was broken.

They served the cream cheese out of a plastic cereal bin and the guests had to scoop it out with a spoon...unsanitary. Individual serving packets would be better.

The toilet still had pee stains on the underside of the bowl. Corners were dusty. Carpet was stained and/or torn in various places in the room and hallways. Wallpaper was beginning to peel. The hallway and non-smoking room smelled like cigarette residue. The bed wasn't even facing the T.V. Overall it was not like other La Quintas I had visited...it felt like a motel.
