Comfortable bed and good breakfast coffee.

The Suite was spacious, clean bathroom, nice view of the parking lot to keep an eye on our vehicle. The carpet was surprisingly clean and the room had no smell whatsoever (I've stayed in hotel rooms that reek of cigarettes) Spacious closet and plenty of space to accommodate personal items. Room included a fridge and microwave, plus a sink. The free breakfast was a nice touch, it was delicious!

I booked through Booking.com and had asked in advance to check in at 12. I got confirmation for my check in, but when I arrived, the receptionist was rude. He said that they never got my message, that checking was at 3, and that either way he would help me, even though "there was no message". I just think he could've handled the situation a little better. Either way it could've been a mistake from booking.com as well.

Near where we needed to be. The’re are a lot of dining options nearby. Safe and clean location near the freeway. Fresh cookies at check in, decent breakfast and lots of parking.

I heard the clerk telling someone on the phone the rate was around $50 less than what I paid. The a/c unit was very loud ( we turned it off) and the mattress was very firm.

That I always get a early check in when ever I go and now there some new fat white girl that try to give me a problem about checking in early last time when it was approved and this time I guys took a day later to tell me it was ok to early check in I had to wait 3 hours to get in my hotel and come from a two hour drive !!!!! And the couch bed was broken and I still haven’t got my deposit back and it’s been a whole week
