We stayed for three nights and no one serviced our room. Staff was not friendly.

Excellent! Fresh, and there was always a staff person available!

I don't like the hidden fees that are added on, such as a parking fee. This seems to be the new normal and it is not made clear at check in, They request a credit card for incidentals. Is parking in there parking lot an incidental?

Breakfast was not very good.

Room has a lot of space and very clean. I love that it has microwave. Breakfast is good. Would have been better if coffee is a little stronger. Staffs are friendly. It's my first time to have someone call the room and check if we have everything we need and if we are satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

Problem with refrigerator when we hit to the room, replaced finally after 3 try’s with other refrigerators, air conditioner didn’t work correctly a lot of humidity in the room. after filling out the card for housekeeping had to ask for towels. could never find anyone at the front desk. breakfast didn’t have a lot if variety, one day had sausage gravy but no biscuits? won’t stay there again

It’s close to ball fields, comfortable rooms, easy check in and the desk clerk Friday evening was very helpful and accommodating.

One of the staff members, the front desk clerk on duty Saturday night, was very rude to us, unpleasant, and shut the pool area down early instead of cleaning a mess and letting the kids continue to swim. The only reason we paid double for a room at this hotel was because of the indoor pool area. The same clerk continued to call our room about noise complaints after our entire family was in bed. The hotel was full of softball/baseball players this weekend. The next morning, the pool was still closed. It was disappointing.

the pool was closed whole point of staying here, room had left over boxes from last person and a big red juice stain on the floor.
