The indoor pool was very nice and the room was good.

No dark roast coffee!? The breakfast was very basic/average. I did enjoy the waffles but the eggs were weird and again there was no dark roast coffee. What's up with that? Also the shower head was dirty and gross and the water pressure sucked.

The pool is so slippery in on corner spot watched 2 women fall and my 14 year old daughter who was walking also fell. Needs to be fixed

I stepped on a piece of glass in my room and cut my foot. Glass can be hard to see when cleaning but I also had a used (hairy hairy) razor blade in the bathroom. The room was NOT dirty but could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The staff were friendly and fun. L9ved the indoor pool and hot tub.

We didn't like that anytime opened rhe door to the stairs, it felt like someone was trying to break into our room.

The beds are hard, the hallways are noisy, the fruit at the breakfast was either underripe or overripe, and the pet fee is $75, while the only "pet amenity" is a strip of dirt way over past the parking lot where you can take your pet after dark and get ogled by the creepers out having a smoke, Not very safe feeling! For $75 they could at least give us some grass, lighting, and a location closer to the hotel where we don't feel like we're going to get abducted.
