Location was on the beach, the view from our balcony was excellent

no pool, no tour advice, no transportation advice, no friendly advice of where to go what to see. The Outrigger was next door and I recieved all my information from there.

眺めが最高、海からも繁華街からもアクセス最高です！

乾燥機が壊れていたのが残念でした。あとはトイレが詰まりかけたのがハラハラしました。

Location

The staff was terrible.

Castle Waikiki Shore Beachfront Condominiums are right on Waikiki Beach and just steps away from restaurants and Waikiki's malls. Unobstructed views across Fort de Russey Park to the beach, ocean and sunsets made this an outstanding location.

Renovations to reception were a little inconvenient, but no real problem, but bitterly disappointed that our last day was spoiled by a neighbouring guest who was unable to understand that this was a non-smoking area, with no designated smoking areas.

The location was perfect, and the rooms were very spacious.

When we arrived, there was no handsoap or dishwasher soap in the room. We called down to the front desk and were told it could be delivered to the room, but it never arrived. Additionally, the television had lines of corrupted/broken spaces on the screen and would not work properly. We had to call twice for management to send someone to fix it. The AC also leaked terribly in the room, it soaked through multiple towels until we placed one of the two (small) trash cans in the unit underneath the unit. This was not fixed during our stay, despite us telling management about this issue and us being told it would be fixed.

The room has got a big window, so you can get great water view and nice breeze. That was priceless!

There is only one elevator. Quite busy
