The lobby was clean , room was clean and great however when I initially called to book the person I spoke with made it very difficult to book-Even when I came to the hotel personally. Other than that the room was clean and comfy. Best feature was the bathroom

Majority of the staff was phenomenal. The young lady that checked us in physically showed us 2 different rooms to make sure we were fully accommodated while we were there for my Grandmother's funeral.
The man that answered the phone prior to our arrival could've had a little more etiquette. He was also present during the middle shift and morning shift during our stay. He could've been more accommodating when I asked for a water being as though I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years.

Staff not friendly, carpets thought-out hotel where very old. The free breakfast waw horrible, they didn't have milk.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The work out room was very clean. The breakfast was passable but certainly could have used more options.
The Bar next store had music so loud that it was shaking the windows and made sleeping difficult. The room reserved key did not work so we were moved to a different floor.

Easy to find and get to. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door to a very clean lobby.
Room doors were extremely heavy and our beds weren't made. The pillows and blankets were just tossed on the table not even folded.

Nothing had to wait till 530 pm to check in then spending an hour to check out. Very displeased with the inconvenience and headache.

Nothing horrible service rude staff housekeep beat on our door at 8AM even though we posted a do not disturb sign on the door
We were told check in was at 4Pm we weren't allowed into our room till 6PM was told there was a 25 dollar deposit then my card was ran for 137 when ask why was told it was a mistake and my money would be put back on my card the next day when I asked about the return of my deposit I was told it would take 3 to 5 days instead of the 24 hours I was originally told our showere wouldn't turn off the 1st day wouldn't turn on the 2nd day horrible experience

The room had not been cleaned when we got there. There was no toilet paper in the room, we asked for some and the housekeeper took forever to bring it. There was something on the bathroom door I won’t even say what I think it was 🤦♀️, there was two pillows on one bed and 3 on the other which is not really a big deal but just seems like they were in a hurry. The air conditioner worked when it wanted to do was not that comfortable since it was so hot outside. Overall it is what it is I guess. Being a Hampton I expected more.

Room was clean, staff was decently friendly
Arrived & our room we booked was not available, from what I understood it was either dirty or given to someone else, the room we was given only had 1 bed instead of 2 so we had to go to Walmart and buy our son a air mattress to sleep on (was afraid of checking out & not being able to find another hotel with the concert being in town). The room we had only had a shower, wasn't the easiest thing to give a 2 month old baby a shower in. Hallways were so hot they'd take your breath away.
Kept being told all the housekeeping staff walked out, so rooms were going to take hours past check in time to get clean.
No swimming pool as advertised, also a bunch of construction going on.

the location was great.
the breakfast was good.
the entire 1st floor was being remodeled, so the carpet was not tacked in, the rooms were open and disarrayed with furnishings all piled in the hallway to be installed after the rooms were ready.
apparently it has been a 2 year remodel that isn't completed as of yet.
I am certain it will be lovely when completed.
but it was a little disheartening to find out after check in that the place was in disarray and the cost was still close to 200 a night.

it was located, fairly close to the areas we were going to.
first of all the pool was not open. They were remodeling, so there was a lot of dirt and paint all over the place. Our TV did not work in the room and the staff came up four times to try to fix it. The breakfast was not very good.

ice and coke machine on the 4th floor was out of order, tools laying in the hall on first floor, toilet issues in the room, air conditioner wasn’t working properly, cable wasn’t working according to the papers and staff had no knowledge about how to resolve the issue, breakfast area drinks out of order, actually there was nothing that worked properly!

The king size bed was spacious and comfortable.
When we arrived, the gentleman checking me in struggled to get the room set up and confirmed. He assigned us a room and when we walked in it, it was still dirty from the previous occupant. I took pictures to show the staff.

The walls were dirty, the window had paper over the window for a shade. The bathroom had mold .

It was close to the area where our event was.
Our “blind” was a piece of white paper crinkled up to look like a blind. It instantly had the room lit up by 3am in the morning when the sun came out. The ice machine was constantly out of ice and the elevators were rough.
