The hallways and stairwells smelled absolutely disgusting. I don't know how to describe it or where it was coming from, but every single hallway had an odor so pungent and rancid I thought I was going to vomit at one point. Luckily the room didn't smell foul at all.

the Wi-Fi was bad and the sound on the flat screen kept going out.

I recently had knee surgery and there was no elevator.

The room itself was clean.

There was a lamp that didn't work next to the bed and when I called the front desk they said they couldn't do anything about it until Monday (I was checking out on Sunday). It was probably just a light bulb which should have been immediately replaced or replace the lamp. Either would not require a maintenance man. The hall ways were very grubby. There was a lot of noise but did die down by 10 p.m.

The staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing to let me know there was no elevator and I was put in a room on the third floor. There is no staff there overnight, any assistance needed after 11pm you were told to dial 0. The room contained no dishes, cookware, glasses or silverware so I had to find somewhere open I could pick up food to bring back to room instead of making something quick I had brought with me as planned . This was not like any Extended Stay I have ever stayed with. I only stayed due to it being non refundable and I was tired from driving for 10 hours already.

It was close to a gas station

They had only 3 pillows for 2 people couldn't get any extra and the TV had a green dot in the middle of it making it hard to watch. The remote wouldn't hardly work.

The property looked nice from the exterior.

There was a weird smell once you opened the door from the lobby into the hallway.

Breakfast not available The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The filters in air conditioner were extremely dirty. Staff was more than willing to clean them once brought to their attention

Found bugs in the drinking cups in the room Terrible odor in all the hallways Part of hallway ceiling on my floor (3rd floor) right outside my room torn down Fire alarm went off just after my arrival. No fire. Fire department was there for well over an hour because the new night manager couldn’t tell them where the alarm panel was to reset the alarm. She couldn’t reach the regular manager or General manager. Didn’t get back into the room until midnight. No ice maker in hotel

Clean room, housekeeping in room exceptional

No lift, carrying my bags up three flights, first room refrigerator broken and smelly carpet. second room air conditioning non-functional, Third room air conditioning not cooling but by then I didn’t care for an extended stay room there was no coffee pot no utensils no dishes. Would not recommend. In a good area but multiple places to stay nearby.

The 2 women in front are racist towards interracial relationships....was nice to my fiance who is black but rude towards me...charged me $250 for smoking in room but we don't smoke...fee supposed to be $150 so they pocketed the other $100

Staff & room cleanliness

The staff is exceptional!

Found cigarette butts under the couch, bed and ashes in the dresser drawers. I also didn’t know there was not an elevator but next time I’m make sure to request a room on the ground floor.

The location was great, very centrally located. Usually I need to see a chiropractor after I sleep in a hotel bed but this bed and the pillows were perfect and we were there for 2 weeks! The staff were super nice -asking if there was anything we needed and yet letting you just be without too much hovering. Very nice and good value
