Staff were very helpful and attentive to all my needs.

My family and I were by the pool and had some belongings which included food and drinks on our table, and a gentleman who worked at the bar signed me out and said that I couldn’t have any of those items out and I needed to put them away. Mind you there was other people in tables with bags of McDonald’s and Whataburger bags, alcoholic beverages and chips. But he only addressed my out of all the people hanging out by the pool.

The staff was amazing. Easy access to beach. Lots of food options close.

They need change machines for the laundry. They serve Starbucks, but they don’t open until later in the morning.

I loved when I walked into the property I felt welcomed, the atmosphere was great! Rooms were clean

The hotel has to many restrictions and absurd rules. They have a pool you can't take coolers and if you want to use tables around the pool you have to buy from the restaurant they have don't allow outside food. They provide breakfast but don't allow you to take it to your room, however you can take outside food to your room. You pay so much to relax and they give crazy rules they discourage having visitors saying they can't use parking lot. I have stayed at several hotels never had this kind of experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The breakfast is very good. Staff is exceptional Always friendly and helpful. It is nice that they are constantly cleaning the hallway coming in from the beach and pool. It always smells so fresh We always choose this hotel.

Me gusta mucho la ubicación y el personal es amable.

Las instalaciones ya están muy viejas. El lavabo del baño huele mal, la bañera estaba toda raspada con muy mal aspecto. El elevador no tenía botón y me daba miedo oprimirle y tocar algún cable. Yn día no nos hicieron la limpieza en todo el día.

Room was spacious, property well kept, breakfast very good, room overlooked the beach, close to places we wanted to see. Great experience. Loved the long tree lined parking area too. Hope to go back.

The location is excellent.

We stayed in room 305. The AC was not cooling and the room was bit hot. The tub floor was sunked in and the toilet didn’t flush well. Also, no shampoo or conditioner. And the balcony doors were hard to open. The pool was dirty.

The room was filled with small roaches . As soon as walking in Room we noticed a bunch roaches immediately crawling around in restroom sink, floor and shower. Throughout the night we started seeing more coming from the tile cracks Throughout the room. Was not comfortable sleeping at all.

Reserved a deluxe king suite with ocean view....I opted to pay when I checked in.. but first night was charged that morning.. which is ok..I was gonna pay anyway. But when I checked in I got a room with a partial view ..I was told if I had gotten there before 3 I would have gotten the 3rd or 4th floor... how did it become a first come first serve.. when I booked and made reservations.. and paid for the first night already to hold room..I was very upset.. you pay a whole lot of money .. and you get this done to you..

Beach access, complimentary breakfast, spacious room (2 queen beds and sofa), clean room. Right next door to Clayton’s Beach Bar.

Pool water looked dirty (greenish color), had to request an extra towel as the room only comes with 3, we were 4. Staff was friendly and gave me an extra towel right away. It needs more outside showers to rinse off sand from the beach. They only have 2 so this creates a long line.

I only liked access to the beach. This hotel needs a remodel and a facelift. It stinks. There is room for improvement on this facility. Humbly and constructive criticism. Thank you.

Amazing location right on the beach. Staff were always cleaning hotel. Breakfast was good only downside was the room it was in was just like a large conference room.
