El restaurante

Super clean, beach access, beautiful location. Pool was fun and large with great areas for kids.

I asked the front desk about breakfast and she told me they did not have complimentary breakfast at the hotel available and encouraged me to purchase at Starbucks. Only to find out they did have breakfast and I had it included in my stay. So we lost out on breakfast for 4 of us and instead spent $50 at Starbucks. She didn’t even ask me for my room or reservation number to let me know about breakfast nor told me that north of the border had breakfast to purchase.

Loved the restaurant, it was clean, housekeeping was on top of refreshes, location was awesome!

Only thing I will complain about is no complimentary breakfast.

The staff was awesome.... always helpful and happy.

The pool side bar had strange hours during the week. They always closed around 3:30 and that was when the pool was the busiest.

Very disappointed I was recommended to stay here and I am older myself and husband and our rooms were stated that it’s disability as we are both hurt from our legs. Our shower would flood every morning and it was said to the front desk they said they would fix the problem and never did the next morning was the same issue!! This is a huge issue because these rooms are for disability we could’ve fallen and hurt ourselves or worse and staff didn’t seem to care of the danger they are putting people in. I am a Hilton honors and have been for many years and this was my worst experience ever on the island

It was clean. Easy access to the beach. Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The food at On the Border was great.

Pool area was great, The bartender "Trey" was the best..!!! Beach was beautiful from our room.

Location

Air Conditioner was out for almost 2 days... Contacted front desk the 1st day and the sent maintenance to repair. 5 minutes later they said it was fixed. My family and I left the room and came back to a room at 80 degrees 6 hours later. They only refunded for one day and I demanded 2 days.

The air conditioner is so loud .

The accessibility to the beach, the Size of the room was awesome .

I have RA the bed was very painful and mattress was uncomfortable

I loved the proximity to the beach! Clayton's was a few doors down.

I wish that I had a room with a view. I booked it online but the room did not have an ocean, view however the view we had was nice! There were only 3 lights in the room and the 2 near the bed are reading lamps.

I love the vibe, calm and relaxed.

Our room was very clean including our bed sheets, towels, bathroom and just the right size to enjoy. Beach just walking distance and pool so nice. Definitely staying again and recommended.
