The bed was a comfortable bed.

We had a great experience here. The lobby people were all very friendly. The breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Well, when we walked in, the place had a smell of wet/ mold mildew and it was warm in the lobby. Then when we got to our room, we had booked for 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. And the vanity area, was outside the bathroom. We all thought we were staying in a dorm room from back in college. Would not stay here again. The cleaning lady was very polite, though and helped us with what we needed. When I booked for this hotel, I thought I was getting the one closer to the entrance of the Island. The pictures are WAAAAY over done for the actual look of the property. They make it look newer and updated but its not.

It’s too small. No room when having breakfast.

Stood 6 days and they NEVER came to clean the room. We had to ask 3 times! The cleaning lady was rude and they were lazy. They said they would talk to the manager. That never happened. And get this. The ONLY TIME they came to the room was to ask if we were checking out yet?! We were hardly in our room. Only to sleep. I never give bad reviews but, man. This was seriously disappointing.

Under construction, no elevator, and humid and warm even with AC running

The bed was a little on the too-firm side and hurt our backs.

The room was clean when we arrived, you could smell that it was clean. Staff was friendly at all times, we didnt run into anyone rude. Location is decent too, compared to beach location.

The outside of the hotel looks eh, but inside its different in a good way. We also noticed alot of the ac units dripping, my parents had trouble sleeping because of the dripping noise. I was also unsure of the pool cleanliness, the water was always warm not sure if thats just the area or if something can be done about it.

My room wasn't what I was told I would get when I booked.

Room ceiling fan didn’t work and air dint blow towards the room. Was very hot at night. Told the front desk and was told that they would fix the situation but never did

The room smelled amazing and they kept the rooms very nice and clean. As well as the lobby area.
