The staff was professional and had great customer service.

The room was not clean and everything from the lighting to the textiles and appliances were considerably outdated. The balcony door was permanently shut so guests may not open to enjoy a view of the ocean. There is an exposed brick wall that doesn't really help promote a relaxing atmosphere.You have to wear wrist bands during your stay. I booked online for a night stay but ultimately left 20 minutes after. I knew I wouldn't get a refund but I didn't mind it was just that bad. Only good part was the employee at the front desk. He did his job. I would seriously urge the owners to hire an interior designer to help make the place what it should be, a cozy place to relax and unwind.

broken stove , no place to hang towels, non- working dish washer no furniture on deck no end table on one side of bed door in bath too low.

Broken dishwasher, broken fire alarm, sinks leaked, patio small and didn't close well, bed sheets were dirty and didn't fit.

Short Walking distance to the shore line, hot tub, nice views to the Gulf of Mexico.

The plumbing for the shower was not so great. The price was a lil to much for what we got.

I booked for 2 nights and clearly came with no pets... my kids went out on the beach and came back with a dog. Before I could even assess the situation, the hotel manager was knocking at the door. She said I shouldn't teach my kids how to lie... kicked us out... refuse to refund, said I broke the rules... I didn't even dip a toe in2 the pool or the beach ... $172 for 2 days of nothing.

Very outdated. The rooms were not real clean . The sofa sleeper was awful. The restaurant that was complimentary to the hotel was terrible. Waitress wasn't receptive to what we wanted to order. Would not eat there again
