No hablan español.
Me dieron habitación para personas con capacidad reducida teniendo una puerta de acceso incómoda que cierra a destiempo, mala iluminación , cafetera no funcionó hasta llamar a alguien que ayudara .
No tienen servicio a la habitación .
No informaron que la piscina está en reparación, comedor de desayuno en reparación .
Venden comida y café en dispensadores al lado del Lobby.
Radio despertador en mal estado.
Me cobraron 50 dólares extra por seguro de depósito y aún no lo retornan.
Hotel caro para no tener lo mínimo estando de paso.
No lo recomiendo.
Solicito devolución de mis 50 dólares y compensación por los malos ratos .
No fueron honestos en mi reserva, me siento estafada .

Los empleados en general muy amables, sin embargo la señora manager o encargada en recepción es una persona con muy poca vocación de servicio. Se me presentó un problema gravísimo con mi pasaporte/visa la cual extravié. Después de mi check in yo no la saqué del cuarto, sin embargo no me permitieron ingresar a revisar ni siquiera con la gravedad de la situación. Llame telefónicamente y la situación fue ya revisamos pero cómo si se tratara de una pérdida de un elemento simple no de un documento tan importante. La verdad el servicio y atención en este momento tan preocupante no fue el adecuado.

The room was quite comfortable and quiet. Everything was spotless. The chair with a side table and footrest was nice for working on a laptop while watching TV. There were a few restaurants nearby.
The total cost for a one night stay was $246.58, quite a bit higher than the published rate on Booking.com. This was way overpriced especially when you consider that the pool was closed for repairs as was the fitness center and they charge for breakfast and parking.

Location is excellent for an early flight from Miami
Pool under refurbishment, no communication during booking or on arrival. We arrived from a 5 hour road trip and went to the pool on level 2 to find it being refurbished. We went back to our room to have a rest there instead. Spoke to reception in the evening expressing our disappointment and lack of communication. We were then told we can use the pool at another hotel, by this time it was too late and we were going for food.

It was close to the airport, close to the mall, close to a lot of things actually.
The breakfast is not free. It’s basically 25 a person. That’s crazy. But we went out and got breakfast others places with meals better and cheaper. The rooms don’t get cold. Paying for parking is crazy.

I DIDNT LIKE THE FRONT DESK GUY ATTITUDE HE DIDNT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO US. OUR FIRST NIGHT WE HAD TO PAY 25 POR PARKING WHICH I NEW BUT HE SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE 16 SINCE WE WERE STAYING 6 NIGHTS. (I ASKED THE FRONT LADY ABOUT THAT SHE SAID WE WAS GOING TO GET THAT MONEY BACK)
IN LIKE 3 OCCASIONS WE WAS GOING OUT AND THE GATE DIDNT WANT TO OPEN!!
I HOPE I DIDNT GET CHARGED MORE BC I WAS SUPPOSEDLY GOING TO GET A KING SIZE BED AND POOL VIEW, WE DID GET THE POOL VIEW BUT NOT THE KING SIZE!!

The gentleman that worked at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. I am inclined not to stay there again for that reason. Your company needs to offer training to this Individual in customer service or he needs to be placed in an area where he doesn't have direct contact with tourists and visitors.

Nothing they canceled my reservation and charged me with a no show fee
They could care less what had happened to me for not showing up and although I showed up for the second night they had already canceled and charged me two nights…very frustrating…I will tell everyone I know to never stay there ever…
