Overall it was very good!

The elevator is very small and, as it is only one, it becomes quite complicated when employees are using the carts. I needed to check out at 4am and thought the parking lot would be open. It wasn't there and they didn't allow us to stay at the hotel reception until it was time to pick up my car and the checkout was already done, I couldn't go back to the apartment.

- WiFi connection is unstable at Floor 4th and 7th, it disconnects and reconnect continuos.

Breakfast was the best thing there! Fresh towels everyday.

The air-conditioning was not working and we didn't really have a remote control. We didn't even bother to use it, because the temperature was ok-ish

L’hôtel est très bien situé. A deux pas de Central parc et de la ligne de métro située sur la 72e. Le petit déjeuner compris est un plus mais rien d’extraordinaire. Le personnel était très agréable.

Arrivée du premier jour à 23h, le réceptionniste nous donne les clefs de notre chambre. La seule chose que nous avions envie, c’était, d’enfin dormir. Nous rentrons dans notre chambre et celle-ci n’était pas du tout faite/propre. Les draps du lit appartenaient toujours aux anciens logeurs, idem pour les essuies de bain, les poubelles n’étaient pas vidées. Nous avons dû nous même changer l’entièreté des draps du lit car aucune chambre n’était disponible. Même si le réceptionniste a été du gentillesse en nous offrant à boire, ceci est inacceptable pour un hôtel. L’ascenseur a été en panne à deux reprises. La chambre étant située au 12 étage et après des journées de marche, c’était horrible. L’hôtel n’est pas de très grande qualité et l’entretien en général laisse à désirer.

Location only. To be honest, there wasn't much to say that I liked. Maybe that they made the bed each day? Bedroom was clean when we arrived. Pet friendly is good. They had Jeopardy in the lobby XD. n

First of all, the elevator is old and slow and too small. The lights wont properly work when you click on the button. Then the breakfast was terrible, served in plastic plates and with plastic forks. Very poor and on Jan 1st, there was only cereal and eggs. Not even fruits or yogurt or bread. Then, the rooms are too small, but the bathroom was particularly small. When I sat on the toilet, I had to tilt or I would bump into the sink. The remote control wouldn't work. One day they came to clean and they took the towels but didn't bring new ones so we had to call. And the feast, the flush handle broke of the toilet because the piece was rusty. It took them two days to notice.

Las fotos q enseña no es lo q venden los cuartos son viejos y sucios una cama full el colchón estaba unidos en el medio, el pasillo olía feo. No tenía calefacción y las ventanas no cerraban bien.

Zimmereinrichtung schäbig, zerkratzt, komplett abgewohnt. Wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben, da es keinen Schrank gab. Es gab keinen Stuhl, kein Tischchen oder Konsole. Kaffeekocher musste auf der Erde betrieben werden. Im Bad keine Ablage, nur 1 Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Dieser war auch noch 1/2 herausgerissen. Frühstück war akzeptabel, aber alles nur mit Wegwerfgeschirr aus Plastik

My hotel bed was dirty. Sheets had hair on it and the pillow had make up. I told the front desk so they sent someone to change the sheets but I don't think they did because my bed still had hairs on it. And they just removed the pillow from the room. Furniture was dingy and dirty. The bathroom was tiny and outdated. The room was dusty and you can tell they don't vacuum. Room is outdated, lampshade was broken.

Location was great and convenient.

The key card door lock was not operational. This significantly impacted our going and coming to our room.

there was roaches all over the alarm clock, the lamp, the tv, the dresser, the carpet. and they’ve completely ignored this. i spoke with the concierge and they said they wrote it down but they’ve completed stopped answering. it was literally just me and my best friend trying to make the best out of it but honestly, you’re better off paying for something better :/

Nice american breakfast (bagels, eggs,...) and amazing location near to the museum at the corner of central park. The room was quite.

The room and beds were smaller than expected, especially from the pictures.

Viejo, no remodelado, ascensor pequeño. El personal q limpia habitaciones, limpiaban lo minimo y tenias q decirles q dejaran habon y toallas completas…

Location was excellent- breakfast was good -staff were so friendly and helpful- would definitely recommend and stay there again

The location was amazing. If you walked west you would find a neighborhood full of restaurants. If you went right you would be at Central Park in no time and close to Strawberry Fields. Amazing overall! It was also nice and quite compared to the hustle and bustle of other areas in Manhattan.

The room was tiny, tiny. And the bathroom is even smaller. The sink is basically on top of you when you are sitting on the toilet. And the shower is very small. Because it is an old building in New York, there is no vent in the bathroom, just an open window, and there is a window unit for air and heat that cannot be shut off. The elevator was also small so it would take a long time to go down or up if you had to wait for others. The carpets were a little outdated and a bit on the yucky side as well. But generally, it was clean and well maintained or as well maintained as it could be in New York.

The sheets in my room smelt like mildew. I got to the hotel late and had to ask to switch rooms at 4am because when I got in to bed the sheets smelt awful.

Room card reader broken, had to get staff to open room. Only 1 elevator for both staff and guests--- I know not their fault, it's NYC. Spotty phone service in room, no problem with last stay.
