Petit dej super 🤩 par contre il y a du monde et ouvert de 0600-0900am en semaine. Literie confortable. Situé à 12’ à pieds de Central Park et du métro. Quartier calme. Prix … trop cher mais pour NYC il faut croire que cela reste bon. Taxi pour aéroport avec prix hôtel (prix similaire à une réservation avec booking).

Chambre petite … surtout si vous êtes en famille dans une chambre.

Location was great. 5-10 walk to Central Park and 20 mins to time square with shops cafes all around

Room was a little small and storage

Very comfortable and welcoming place. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is pretty good - short walk to Columbus Circle and Central Park.

Elevators extremely slow.

The hair dryer worked. Near the subway. Great being on the second floor as we used the stairs instead of the incredibly slow lift. Housekeeping people were friendly and smiled unlike the reception task. Breakfast people were happy and obliging.

The room was very cramped, the bathroom was tiny, and the shower leaked all over the floor. We had to live out of suitcases on the floor and beds. Little storage space for clothes for a five day stay for two people. We didn't appreciate the two large housekeeping trolleys parked outside our room daily!! The desk staff were very aloof - not friendly or helpful. I think they could be a little more engaging, people on the street were more helpful and friendly. When I asked for teabags in my room, I had to walk down and get them and was given one! The desk clerk looked 'put out' when I asked him to call me a cab. We only booked this hotel because the others were full. I won't stay there again.

all staff members were helpful and very friendly. Property location was perfect for activities planned near Jazz at Lincoln Center, Central Park, and Theaters.

Room was pretty small but the view was great.

Bar, location, fact that no one cleaned room every day; breakfast, helpful staff. comfortable bed. Good black out curtains, quiet. nice view out the window. free wifi,

Wish you had money exchange. Please take a look at the lamp with the light switch inside, near the top, of the lamp shade. I couldn't find it and when I did I burned my hand on the hot bulb. Wish more snacks and coffee were available during the day. Bathroom very tiny - would be nice to have body lotion provided.
