Localization is good

The bedroom is for 4 , but don’t have bedrooms or sofa enough I didn’t have the room clean.

The only friendly person in the Hotel was the waitress during morning breakfast.

There was no wifi at the facility. The free and paid wifi was down through our stay. Front dest was not able to verify us in their system. they tried to charge already included breakfast as extra.

Great breakfast, a Starbucks Coffee Corner in the hotel, nice gym + swimmingpool and the food in the bar is good too. Besides, the location is very close to the Hudson River, nice location!

Communication concerning creditcard deposit.

Staff were friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed. This a very nice hotel. I would return. I was visiting Sojo Spa and it’s a great place to stay nearby.

Clean, very well kept like new rooms, modern bathrooms, convenient location close to restaurants, stores, in a safe neighborhood. Bus to city is across the road and takes 20 mins right to Times Square. Ferry is about 8 mins away and is a nice scenic trip.

Eliminated the shuttle to the ferry. Thin bed covers instead of duvets

I absolutely loved the entire area. ❤️ the pool was exceptional. Will be back!!

I didn't like that my room when pictured showed a glass door shower and it was a tub but we made it

I didn’t like the fact that they surprised me with a $15 parking fee and the vent in my room was filthy. Also, the tv in the room wasn’t working.
