clean comfortable rooms, very kind and courteous staff members at check in and later at front desk.
breakfast was not edible. Even the fruit was not OK. There was an oriental soup for breakfast option, lots of artificial food. Really could not eat any of it. Also the exercise room temperature was set to 50 but it was at 79 and so I could not use the fitness room. Was too hot.

Location was good for us to get to where we needed in Columbus area
Arrived check was ok friendly staff and provided additional bedding which wasn’t in room , VERY noisy aircon waked is every 30mins or so , room condition was clean but needed refurbished felt tired and shabby
Reported issues with plumbing to reception twice and nothing done about it :-((
Breakfast food quality was passable, limited range to foods , small eating area for size of hotel , and no sugar free options , difficult when you have a diabetic with you

It looked nice on the outside
Everything fell apart in the first room we were In, lampshade, lightbulbs, poor water pressure. Then had to change rooms. In the next room the smoke detector would go off and wake our baby at night. They locked us out because they keyed the cards incorrectly. There was a smell when I would turn on the heat. There was a blood stain on the couch.

Breakfast was great with decent choices. The waffles are always a favorite and my daughters loved the endless bacon!
Luckily, it was as we were finishing breakfast, but a woman and 5 children came in for breakfast but not one of them had shoes on. Disgusting and unsanitary. Maybe post a sign that says shoes are a requirement for service (should go without saying). Also, maybe heat the pool a little more, it was chilly!

The room size was great! The kitchen had good dishes for us to use. Some of the staff were very polite. Two nice sized televisions.
The pool was FREEZING. There were not always enough towels for the swimmers and they were still damp from being washed. The restroom at the pool was disgusting and no employees cleaned it up. Items were out at breakfast and when asked for more by a guest the staff was somewhat rude.

everything was pretty warm and damaged. beds were not that comfortable. it was hard to squeeze past the corner of the bed closest to the door to get to the bathroom. the scream in the window had a huge hole. the fan for the A/C and heater didn’t work on AC only heat and it was extra warm in the room we could not get it under 72.

We were bumped to a 2 bedroom suite, brand new! Nice bonus! Very clean, spacious, good breakfast!
