The rooms had things broke in them and the numbers on the elevator to let you know what floor your on was broke. It was like a run down ghetto hotel

There was no shower 🚿 head on the shower,,the air conditioning didn't work,,it was a mess and there was no phone or microwave.

Breakfast was good, water in the bath was hot.

The hotel said that they didn't receive a reservation for me so I was charged again. The evening manager requested a tip for getting us a room since they hadn't received the reservation. I showed him the confirmation I got from you but he said it was a scam. There was a group of young people smoking and talking under our window until quite late.

It was clean.

No toilet paper in the public restroom. Toaster didn't work at breakfast. The room was in need of restoration

The entire facility was absolutely perfect and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very nice clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay again.

MY non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Staff was friendly super friendly. The bed was super comfy and blankets were warm with the cold AC paired with it.

The top quilt had some fresh mess on it, almost like it wasn’t changed from the last guest or cleaners made a small mess, but it wasn’t terrible. A few things were also caked with dust which isn’t a great sign. The breakfast wasn’t the best either, and the whole time we could smell STRONG cigarette smoke, we don’t smoke so it was very off putting.

Booked a king room, was given a double. The tubs faucet was leaking all night. The curtain wouldn't close so the parking lot light was shining in the room. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got there. Front desk staff had a very abrupt unfriendly manner.

The location was nice because it was close to everything I needed.

With this being a franchise hotel, everything in the rooms was very old. Carpet looked like something from the 70s and some parts of it was shredded. There was no microwave in the room. The coffee pot didn’t have the basket for placing coffee in. None of the furniture matched and one of the chairs was stained very bad. The bracket that hold the iron wasn’t connected, it was on the floor inside the closet. The bed was the worst. I’m not sure how old the mattress was but it was not on a box spring just the base which was made of wood. They put a strap on topper on it in hopes to make it feel better but that was an epic fail. I stayed 5 nights here and not once did anyone come to clean my room after telling me they would clean the room on the 3rd day and they never offered clean towels. The business center, fitness center and pool all had signs being closed. I’m sorry to have drove 8 hours to come to a somewhat remodeled hotel that bought all of its furniture at an discounted auction. If it wasn’t for the friendliness of the staff I would have gave this place 0 stars.
