The front desk cleark was nice and tried to be accommodating. Hotel wasn't crowded at all.

The first room I was assigned had a bathroom uncleaned. Attempted to bleach the tub and flush the toilet. Both were clogged up. Asked to change rooms. The next room had hair on the pillows, smelled of mildew, and the tub was clogged up. Cleaning supplies were left inside of the room also..

The location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy. The lady working the kitchen was so nice and welcoming. And worked very hard.

The only issue was our room smelled musty. I didn’t complain but we did have to get an air freshener to help also the pool was j out maintained well. It was cloudy and green.

I didn’t like that above us the first night we had to contact the employee for what sounded like a party or a religious gathering in which they were screaming I’m not sure which but the manager did take care of it as soon as we complained and we were finally able to get some sleep. the second night was great

It was a reasonable distance from sites we wanted to visit They had a very good free breakfast.

That the room i booked wasn't available, they said they "upgraded" me but I don't feel it was an upgrade. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. I got a room with 2 queen beds. They said that Booking.com overbooked this type of room and they had no control over it. Had to have the refrigerator and phone replaced because they were both broken. It was very noisy due to the thin walls.

toilet was clogged no open rooms so no bathroom for the night no towels for pool ! no fixing any problems just it is what it is! no discount no sorry nothing!

this was not my first day at this location but unfortunately, at this time the bathroom had some issues the sink would not drain and the shower was not functioning the way it was meant to but after all of that I stay was OK

Tub was clean

Room was dirty. Found Marijuana in the drawers.(NOT GOOD WITH MY GRANDSONS IN THE ROOM) Aroma of Marijuana when in the hallway. SOFA SLEEPER WAS BAD. FELT LIKE SLEEPING ON METAL. TRASH UNDER THE SOFA SLEEPER. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST WESTERN. I WILL NO LONGER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN. THIS HOTEL HAS RUINED ANY CHANCE OF USING THIS CHAIN AGAIN. NO OFFER OF DIFFERENT ROOM OR REIMBURSEMENT.

It is a non-smoking facility; you could smell marijuana in the halls. My room smelt horribly of cigarette smoke, the one thing I asked for when looking for a hotel room was the facility to have a pool, which was down for maintenance. We had several kids with our group that wanted to swim! This is on booking.com; I prepaid 2 rooms for a cheaper price. One of the rooms was to be paid for at the hotel by that party because it was a business expense for the dance teacher. That room was put on my credit card as a pre-pay and at the more expensive price. I will not use booking.com again. Or staying at any Best Western facility!

The room itself was nice and clean. The hotel was as well.

Someone unlocked our room at 1am Friday night and when we told the staff they didn't know who it was. Our fridge also wasn't working and when we told them they said they would send someone but no one came.
