Property was clean, bed was comfortable and room a nice size. Checking in was easy and quick. Breakfast was available but we did not take advantage of it.

It has a swimming pool and it was cool too be in the staff were helpful and pleasant no matter what was asked. Only thing I didn't like was that on my first day my room smelled like Ramen noodles but the concierge and me solved it by spraying down the room. So overall I would stay again

This property needed a little upkeep but overall had great service, a good breakfast, a decent fitness area and a clean looking small pool. It was close to the things I was traveling for and will likely stay there again.

Easy to park and unload. Front desk clerk was very polite. Room was clean and very welcoming. Comfy beds. Breakfast area was clean (the tables and service area was being wiped down all the time). Food was being restocked as needed. Very happy with our stay.

Room had musty for, sticky spots on carpet, marijuana smell in hallway, and saw a person shooting up on the premises. Our adjoining room with family had ants, and they were moved to another room. Not a great experience and concern for drugs around us. The front desk was very nice and did their best to accommodate us.

I made the mistake thinking this was near the airport. You have so many other better options right across the street from the airport. This hotel is about a 10-13min freeway ride. Property is very old and out dated. No shuttle.

Not what I was expecting from the pictures. The water was dripping all night from the shower. You could hear everything in the hallways and doors slamming shut constantly. There was a dampness to the room that unless the AC was on you could feel and smell anything at or above 72 temp.

Beds were a little too hard and the blankets super thin, it was basically like two top sheets. For the breakfast our first morning, they had run out of milk. So instead of buying some at a store, they just didn’t have any. The breakfast both days had a hard time staying stocked, the front desk person was the same person doing the breakfast. The hard boiled eggs were hard and inedible. The pool was not clorinated correctly, it was cloudy and hurt my eyes just being in the pool room. My kids even complained it seemed dirty. Would not recommend, would not return.

Check in was easy and the room was very clean. We had all the essentials in the room and had a great weeks stay. I would recommend this place.

The first floor smelled. My room was clean and plenty of room to move around. Overall not bad place to stay.

I didn’t like the unexpected $150 required security deposit at the check in. There was no mention when I was booking the room nor in the messages that Comfort Inn sent me. They stated all I needed was to present a valid drivers license and the credit card being used.

The hotel smelled like wet musty carpet. The beds only came with a sheet to cover up with, no blanket or comforter. I put four people down on my booking list and only received 2 wash towels. Breakfast tasted like it was heated in a bag and served to guests. The worst part was the noise. People were banging on doors, yelling and running through the halls all night.

The property is a little awkward to get to, but it was a very satisfactory option. The property was clean and quiet. The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've had for this level of hotel. Multiple hot offerings, juice choices, and a comfortable area in which to dine. I'll stay here again whenever I come back to the area.

I wouldn't recommend staying longer than one night. The room had random hairs in and on the tub, the towels were very scratchy, and the room darkening blind didn't work. The elevator is small and slow with a TWO-person max. While in a convenient location to the highway, the hotel seriously needs updates. Whoever owns this location has simply been doing the bare minimum to keep collecting money from the locals. The front desk staff however, are very nice and responsive to requests. They're doing the best with what they've been charged with.

Checkin was great. Lobby esthetic was great! Room needed deodorizer. We were on first floor and someone was constantly running above us. Tile needed replacing or some attention. We were there for a funeral. Breakfast was okay. I would have preferred everything cooked a little longer. Great intention! Served its purpose.

Everything was good except the beds were uncomfortable

We stayed in room 117 the toliet ran all night from start to finsih and on our last night it over flowed out into the hall and everywhere. The fridge didn't get cold. The breakfast wasn't fresh.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the smell in our hall. Very strong smell similar to marijuana. Inside the room was fine though!

The property was very clean, great air conditioning and cozy room. The only thing i did not like was that the blanket was the same material as a handkerchief. Very hard to get comfortable and ved is very firm. However, i was prepared and had my own and will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay. The halls were clean. The room service was nice polite and very helpful and my room was really nice and clean and the pool was nice and clean as well. Really enjoyed myself.

I have 5 (young!) children and the employee told me they could not allow me to stay there because I would be at a higher risk of being a disturbance to other guests, and I would need to book 2 rooms. At the time he told me this, my children hadn't even set foot on the property, nor did he know their temperament or behavior or age or anything. I told him my children are not capable of caring for themselves alone in a room because they are young and need my supervision. I consider this discrimination based on my family size. Just because I don't have the standard 2 children household, doesn't mean I don't have travel needs. My children were tired and ready to sleep and not a disturbance at all. I would not recommend this hotel based on the employees and management.

I always stay here when I come visit St. Louis. It’s a nice comfortable hotel is clean. The breakfast is OK. Overall it was good experience. Check-in was easy and fast. Welcome to you to stay here when I visit St. Louis.
