Worst experience ever!! I will never stay again!! The housekeeper was extremely rude and basically kicked us out of the room. I wasn't aware of the new check out time. I've stayed here several times and the check out time was at 12 pm and now it's 11am. When I tried to explain this and let them know that I had to gather my belongings and needed at least 20-30 minutes. The housekeeper yelled and stated that we had to get out and that the owner wouldn't allow that. I had 2 children under 2 and that's a difficult thing to do. We rushed and left my breast milk behind. Thankfully we were able to get it. The room was run down and in need of some serious updates especially for $150 deposit per night which is also a new policy. I already had it in my mind to not stay there anymore but this was the icing on the cake.

Definitely delicious.Great variety of food to choose from. Food was always hot . The waffle iron was fantastic. Coffee was great .

The staff was very nice, there if you needed anything but didn't bother you! Nice & quiet, clean, a/c will freeze you out. Overall great stay!
There were just a few small things. Like the toilet seat was loose, and would suggest a blanket or something of thickness on the beds.

Room wasn't well equipped - no cups for coffee, no large towels. Carpet in hallway and room was old. Flooring was dirty in the hallway and Lobby.

I had to call the front desk to let them know the room had a strong cigarette smell it was after midnight and no one answered . the next morning I called the desk to make them aware and ensured I was not charged . I ask the maid for some air freshener and she gave me some flower smelling stuff that worked for maybe a hour . I also had to ask for more toilet paper which was totally absorbed with the cigarette smell and my wife who is really sensitive to cigarette smell. I would have ask for a new room but we had an appointment to make and no time to move all or stuff and we only had one more night .I just brought some lysol which is what the hotel should use.
There was no hair dryer and no shampoo we did have two conditioners though. I guess maybe a failure of attention to detail also there was a Kleenex container but it was empty . I ask the maid for Kleenex but should have already been there .Also I throw my towel over the bathroom door and the next morning pulled it down and it was covered with BLACKNESS . I'm sure cleaning it not done well at this establishment .

I like how the staff was very friendly and kind and how it was convenient for to shop very near and how the rates was very reasonable even had security on staff and also near the airport
I didn't like how when we first walked in that it wasn't as clean as I thought it would be the carpet going to the room was so dirty and it smelled as I was waking toward my room and also it was dogs that was allowed there and one tried to attack me but that's not all the elevator didn't work as properly and last on the first day of my stay the Breakfast was cold

Hotel and grounds all in need of major cleaning and repair, parking lot and front lawn had lots of garbage, broken glass and God knows what on it , front glass entry area filthy, elevator filthy and not working well, broken window in my room, doors, locks, walls carpet needing repair, room dirty around window and edges of room, only had 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. The bath towel smelled.
