the door lock was not in functioning correctly. Bed sheets and blanket were stained . Breakfast wasn’t good and there wasn’t any left by8:45am.

Not a thing. The room was filthy the bathroom floor was so sticky from being pissed on and not mopped. I thought I was staying in a tent with dirt floors. We had to invest $100.00 + in cleaning supplies in order to stay. We could not get reservations elsewhere it was too late. We had to sanitize our beds with lysol linden spray. The bed speeds were the dirtiest I ever saw in my 67 years including 20 years in the Army. Mad2 me dream of the tents I stayed in while in Germany and the deserts. We were supposed to get a handicap accessible room with safety bars in the bathroom and bath tub. I nearly killed my self the first time I tried to take a shower the tub was extremely slippery. On Sunday I twisted my right knee so bad I spent the night in the Emergency Room of The Brooke Army Medical Center on Fort Sam Houston Army Base. At least being retired Army I did not have any Emergency hospital bills except for a knee brace. My right knee was nearly 3 times normal. The only redeeming thing is the hotel had a good ice machine for ice packs. The Army gave me narcotic pain pills and massive anti-inflammatory drugs and since Sunday night I have spent all but an hour each day in bed but stuck in this trash can of a room. My son at least has gotten out daily to be with his girlfriend and family. SincebI am in bed so much and eating in the room 3 times a day as well as sound asleep from tge drugs I miss house keeping in the mornings. My son sets our room trash in the hallway about noon for the hotel staff to carry out. We have already sanitized one set of bedding each and bought our own towels I really don't want to sanitize anything else they can offer. Today about 4:30 one of the hotel staff maybe owner judging by his age was banging so hard on my doorbI had to get up. He proceeded to throw our trash cans and trash into our room telling me not to put in the hallway. Never any where I have stayed in a hotel did the owner throw trash in my room.

Only the ice machine it worked but there is no wayni would trust using it for anything I would drink or even taste it. It made for good ice packsbfor my damaged knee. The first night here I checked the in room coffee maker and it still had the used coffee grounds of some previous guest who knows when they were very dried. I went and purchased a k-cup coffee brewing machine that I will travel with from now on with my own coffee and bottled water. There is no way on earth this place has passed any health department inspection at all. The whole place needs to be condemned and sanitized from top to bottom. All the linnen needs to be replaced thus old linnen and especially the bed spreads need to be incinerated for safety. This place should be rated at a negative 20 stars. I guarantee virtually every prison in the United States is cleaner than this hotel could have been the day it opened. Imagine staying in a hotel in the United States where the owner finds your trash bagged and in cans outside your door and pounds on your door to throw it back in. Any booking organization that offers this place should be sued for just suggesting this place. I will be adding booking.com as well as the hotel and the Super 8 Chain and Wyndham Resorts to my law suit to cover damages to my knee and all the time I have been at bed rest since the accident. I wouldn't recommend this place as a dog pound.

The bed was awful. Crickets in the room when I woke up. I booked for two night only stayed one because I couldn't sleep another night on that bed

The appliances in the room worked and the air conditioner worked well. The bed mattress was semi comfortable

The room had an odor that was not very pleasant. The floors were sticky to walk on. The odor and sticky floor plus poor floor clean was also in the bathroom The room had very old furnishings and flooring The door lock did not work properly

Almost non existant. No decaf coffee. No fruit. Only packaged muffins and rolls. Stale cereal

Breakfast could have been much better. Our room was near the pool and it was noisy outside. Also, whoever was in the room above kept us up until after midnight banging things on the floor or lifting weights or something
