Room uograded by manager due to dingy location. New room was much better.

First room was very poor yet the hotel was quite empty.

AMAZING is what Devon Shores is! This was my families second trip to Devon Shores, this time we had 3 units 51,52,53. And let me tell you!!!! They were all amazing! I will always request room 53. It was so perfect for my family, and we were traveling with an infant. They even had a crib and high chair outside our room for use!! The location to the beach is perfect! Literally a walk across the street! Restaurants all within a 5 min. (Sweaty) walk, booze, smoke shops, Starbucks, clothes, anything you need, it’s within a 5 min walk! And the staff!! HANDS DOWN the best staff ever! Their hospitality started weeks before our visit, with them checking in with us, responding to my requests to have packages shipped to the hotel for our arrival, they informed me when my packages arrived, and kept them safe until we checked in. I can’t praise their staff enough!! You can tell they work hard to keep this beautiful boutique hotel looking clean, and welcoming. And anytime we saw hotel staff they made sure to ask if we needed anything and if we did, they were right on it! Thank you Devon Shores for once again making my family vacation so perfect! We will see you next year! Room 53 of course.

Honestly from the time i booked i knew it was gonna be a great vacation, ive stayed here before, the room,location and most importantly staff are amazing. Feels like coming home. Anytime im staying in Clearwater, this will be my first and only call.

Everything was great

I just have to start with the manager upon arrival moving his own vehicle to facilitate mine. There were no spots to be had anywhere at 4 on a Saturday. He definitely deserved the first shout out. Room was clean, it was quiet, pool was awesome and very chill. Good music. Very clean grounds. Welcoming staff. Will stay again!

Maybe more clear parking for beach goers trying to get free parking when guests pay for spots. Again, the manager solved my issue instantly.
