The room was spacious and nicely decorated.
The bed was low to the ground and super soft...too soft. The front desk didn't seem to have any haste or want to hurry to help customers.

I didn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t complimentary
The staff at the check in desk had the biggest attitude and began to tell me that because I got a room thru a third party that I overbooked them and I didn’t get the room I paid for I had to get a double room and the bed was uncomfortable the whole experience was disappointing as the parking also was 39.00 and they didn’t even give u directions on what to do I basically was on my own and was talked to rudely by the front desk as well as the one lady I ended up asking a question in the hall

My first room was probably not cleaned after the previous guest and also very noisy due to a ventilation grille just in front of my room. On the second day, when I was still sleeping, the housekeeper knocked on the door early in the morning and tried to get in my room. Didn’t feel safe at this place anymore. Directly after my checkout the front office manager apologized, but she couldn’t help me with anything because I booked my stay by Booking. Afterwards, she mailed me to contact Booking for a refund. Now, more than 1 weeks later, it is impossible for Booking to reach the hotel by mail or phone. Nor did they react on my mail. I am still waiting for the full refund which was promised me. After all good reviews on Bookimg, I am so suprised on how unprofessional the staff is and the (not) cleanliness of the hotel.

The hvac worked well. The bed is level and firm. The room got very dark.
The garage is filthy. There are not enough carts. The windows don't open to get some fresh air. The bypass door on the bathroom is too heavy and difficult to use.
The workout room only had one small thin pad to stretch on.

No maid service was provided between first and second day. Asked for maid service the 2 nd day so we weren’t skipped again.
The first time we stayed we had nice new mattresses - this time not so.
The phone didn’t work.
The desk clerk asked if I wanted to spend 25 more dollars to get a room with the view of the lake. Really? Is that where all the good mattresses are?

I booked a king room but was given a double double bed room. We made due but it was still a minor error.

The view of my room... and even though the Chef forgot my dinner and called me at 10pm to apologize... they still made it and it was free and VERY tasty. Receptionist was nice.
There was no Body Wash or Tissue box. I thought they might have forgot... no big deal.
Just to find out, my friends experienced the same... :( Saving at the wrong places. bunch of hair in the toilet. Phone# was outdated for room-service. Knock on my door at 10:30a to see if I'm ready to check out... :(

Employees were exemplary. Greetings and smiles whenever we saw any. Very nice roll in shower. Convenient to restaurant and Convention Public Auditorium. Convenient parking to our venue.

Location was awesome. The lobby was beautiful. Staff was awesome.
Our room looked clean when you walked in but there were lots of dirty spots once you looked around. The refrigerator area was disgusting, the bathtub paint peeled off and was everywhere in the water when we showered, our coffee cup lids looked to have been used (coffee on them), I had to go ask for soap because we had none. The wallpaper was peeling, the paint was uneven and weird … all of this I expect from some chains but not the Westin and not for what we paid for a night.

The customer service was great. We had a bit of an issue with the parking garage because a kid who didn’t work there tried to scam us $30 cash for parking. But he didn’t work for the hotel and the staff helped us to get our money back and were very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade and free breakfast which we really appreciated. The view of our room was great and the location was so convenient, we could walk to just about anything we wanted to do!
The water pressure one day wasn’t that great but they fixed it fairly quickly

I enjoyed the location, it was close to everything downtown area, the rock ‘n’ roll museum and other attractions or in walking distance, there was a St. Patrick’s Day parade that was amazing! We were very close to all of the stadiums. The casino was also in walking distance. This hotel was nice & very friendly. There was a young gentleman that was a greeter that greeted you very pleasantly. Upon our arrival & upon our leaving he was very respectful and wished us a safe travels & stated that he hope we enjoyed everything that the hotel had to offer. Supposed to be back in Cleveland next month, so hopefully the only issue that I did have gets resolved, because this would definitely be our go to place to stay. My husband was extremely relaxed!! Which was well needed.
I was charged for my room on a card and was told that it did not go through. Had to use another card to get my room. I am still waiting for the hold to be released from the first card. No resolution has been done as of yet, my financial institution states that it is the hotel that is still holding the funds. When my other card shows that the services has been paid. I contacted the hotel spoke with a representative. She said that they would look into it and get back to me. I still have not heard from anyone as of yet. I still have a hold on my bank account of over $500. This was the only downfall that I honestly say I endured during my stay, and currently still enduring.

I love the rooms I love the view. The love that you had bell service and a wonderful Bellman named Cameron took care of everything I needed. Lisa at the front desk was very welcoming and kind of directed me to wonderful places.

The parking was a nightmare. First got ticket then went to front desk to change from hourly to overnight. We went to go out for night ticket said invalid. Had to get someone on speaker who we couldn't understand and so hard to hear, we almost missed our concert from being stuck in garage. We came back I called front desk at midnight telling them will it work , they said if doesn't go see valet guy, well it didn't work. Had to wait again to get in. Upon check out we asked for someone to come let us out and valet came to help, and $38 for overnight . Bathroom huge but had to take shower hose off because with seat in there hard to get to, but great hot water

The hotel itself was very nice and in a good area. It was very clean.
The only thing that bothered me during my stay is I only got 4 hours of sleep due to 3 dogs on my floor barking constantly late at night and first thing in the morning at 4:30.

Valet was quick & easy. The lobby is beautiful. The front desk lady was very nice but she didn't check me in, another man did & he was hard to understand.
The carpet in the halls & room smells outdated. The shower is a partial door so when showering the water goes all over the floor & there was also some cracking in the tile & caulking. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

I loved the location, the dining available and the staff.
The tv did not work other than 20ish channels. I couldn’t screen share and of course nothing of interest was on tv. I was very disappointed. I came from a dorm so this was one of the most important things to me. The shower water pressure was also poor. The pillows were also pretty firm. I typically prefer them softer and fluffy.

I had the king suite and for what I paid I was very disappointed. Room was dingy and ragged. Bathroom was horrible. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, tile baseboard falling off. Toilet didn’t flush correctly, and then there was the shower. It was disgusting when I first got in it I noticed it was just not clean. I almost wore crocs in it. I definitely don’t think it was cleaned after the last guest or maybe even the guest before that. There was long black hair all over the shower walls and floor

I've been using Booking.com for years and never had an issue changing the form of payment at the hotel. When we checked in, we provided the front desk a different credit card for payment since I had used by debit card to hold the reservation like I have done numerous times. The hotel not only charged by boyfriend's credit card they also charged by debit card which I've been trying to rectify for 2 days now.
