we had a problem with the electricity and the lights went off. As we were having a connecting room, the manager kindly gave us that room. As soon as everything was just solved, the manager allowed us to stay free of charge in both rooms

Unable to experience breakfast during this stay however the location was great. Wish I did not have to pay for parking. Strongly believe parking should be included in rate.
Free parking for overnight guest with family.

Convenient airport and Bay Area access
The staff handled a situation terribly and the property had a broken elevator and broken doors

Tired , carpets looked unclean, not even a fridge in the room let alone a minibar , no milk for coffee , beds tiny, depressingly in need of money being spent on it as shabby..

The staff was great! Everything was good, wished there was a pool, but made up for it with how close the beaches are.

Parking issues, no beach towels ,and the fridge in room was missing i needed ice and there’s no ice machine on the level i was on so i had to go two floors down to find a ice machine

They had Starbucks
I booked this hotel because I thought the beach was literally in front of hotel but it wasn’t a beach it was a deserted lake and nobody was using the pool which looked disappointing. I even called the place to confirm and they said yes but that was not my interpretation of a beach whatsoever.

This hotel needs a pool because the "beach area"; that is really a lake is too small and the water smells bad.

The restaurant was very good. The employees were very friendly. It was clean.
The air conditioner in our room did not work well it was too warm in there. The refrigerator was not level so the door wouldn't stay closed. They moved us to another room, but soon discovered the refrigerator was missing. They didn't have a replacement. Most of the chairs on the private beach were broken.
