The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay.

One night the lights went out, but not sure if it was an area-wide outage or just the hotel. At times I saw trash on the floor near the elevators, but it may have been due to customers.

Location poor. Taking incidental/ damage cost literally out of your account before any incidentals occurred. It is not a good fair system to take this deposit to then releases it on check out. Other hotels take your credit card number as guarantee however, they Do Not take money put of your account unless there has been damage done. I Do Not agree with this system and Will Not be Booking with Holiday Inn ever again.

It had washing machines we could use for a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Could not make the TV work on any channel but FOX News. Seriously? Also surprised by a $150 deposit “hold” on my card….that seemed exorbitant and was not expected. They took it off when I checked out but still seemed ridiculous.

Our recent stay at this hotel was overall very good. We felt safe and comfortable on the convenient property, which offered plenty of space for us to relax and unwind. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good selection of options to start our day.

We were disappointed to find that room service wasn't available after 9 pm when we needed it, and we were told to wait until the morning for an extra blanket.

A nice place for short stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but so glad we did. The free breakfast was very good, with a great selection. There is an amazing bar / restaurant close by, which was recommended by the hotel receptionist. A very cool place.
