It took 3 hours to get rooms because of the full house.. Needed more staff for housekeeping to turn rooms over

I liked the location and the amenities.

Upon check in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number twice on 2 different floors. I tried to enter two different rooms with a key that did not work. On the 3rd try the key finally worked. I was also booked in a handicapped room which I did not request and the bathroom door did not shut closed or lock. I requested King size beds and got 2 full size beds which were pretty small. At times 2 or 1 out of 3 elevators worked.

The overall charm and convenience the staff was impeccable!!!

I have no complaints. I like everything about the property.

Lovely hotel. Room was perfect. everything was clean, comfortable, up to date, plenty of space. Lobby had a lot of seating options that were inviting and not just your plain Jane lobby furniture and ambiance. There was what I think was a skee ball game and also paddle ball game. Pool had places to sit that are covered under tiki roofs if you don’t want to be in the sun. Poolside had a giant chess game for kids or adults to play.

only one of three elevators were working on my morning of checkout. Waited for an elevator that I could get on. Elevator came twice in 15mins and was full both times. I had to walk my bag down 8 floors. thankfully didn’t have to walk it up. Self parking is $15/day which seems ridiculous for a non downtown hotel. I can understand restricting parking to guests but it is just a lot not a garage. Also one entrance gate is very poorly placed since you can’t make the turn and be close enough to the machine to scan your room card for entrance and have to get out of car to reach it.

Loved the modern decor and friendliness.

Decor and room had some nice elements and decorations and some older ones. It wasn't as updated as expected from pics. View was half the roof and half the pool. $4+ for cup of coffee was outrageous! Small restaurant in hotel unappealing with food and prices listed. Didn't see anyone eat there.
