so convenient to the airport with plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy.. staff at checkin were marvelous.. parking is also well designed and helps with unloading luggage..room was so spacious and kitchen well equipped...quiet and restful one night stay before flying out..

It was close to our event.

On arrival, the front desk staff told us that the rooms were not ready. While sitting in the lobby, we watched the same front desk. Staff check in three other patrons. I went back up to the lady and asked if there’s any rooms open because I just saw you check in three families, When you told us there was none open. She told us rooms are opening up slowly and they asked for specific rooms. I told her you never asked for paperwork or confirmation number or her name, so how do you know what type of room we asked for she answered with what’s your name she found us an open room handicap, which is fine, we then took a shuttle the second day to our event at the convention center or Colosseum and we’re told that there are shuttle is open until midnight. We called to get picked up and were told there was no driver in the shuttle open back up at five. So we had to walk back to our hotel each time walking into the hotel we were never addressed. Hello welcome good morning nothing. The only one in the hotel that addressed us was the lady that did breakfast while sitting in the lobby the first day we overheard an argument, the maintenance manager came in and was arguing with his employee and told him if he can’t do the job, he’ll find somebody else to do it. Argument continued, and they brought it outside. It was very unprofessional and not the place. Our overall stay was OK. Not sure if we’ll stay there next tournament.

The location was pretty great in regards to actual physical location. That unfortunately was the only good thing about this experience.

The place had roaches. They threw away our stuff before we checked out. There were numerous issues and when the staff was informed they barely pretended to care.

Clean and friendly

Pool was beautiful. Lots of towels available. Free breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I really liked the provided shower products.

The a/c was very loud when it was running. We could hear an alarm going off in another room for over 30 minutes. There was no dish soap in the kitchen or any type of dish cloth for reusing dishes.

Great hotel in great proximity to area restaurants and outlets. The fact that water was offered next to the ice machine on each floor was great along with the outdoor patio pool area, which was very refreshing and communicated an awesome, chill vibe. Breakfast area was very spacious and food and beverage options were amazing. Breakfast staff was very courteous and attentive to the breakfast area. The shuttle driver was super cool In offering local recommendations for dining and attractions and provided exceptional service!
