The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful; the room was super clean, comfy and spacious.

The things we liked most were that the place is pet friendly. We had our small dog and there is a small grassy area to walk dogs complete with plastic bags and special trash container. We also appreciated the location that is convenient to the freeway. We did find a nice Thai restaurant just about a mile or two away Noodles Noodles, and there's a Denny's within walking distance, not that you'd want to walk on those busy streets/intersection, and other places close by. As unhelpful as the guy in the office was, the cleaning staff was super nice and helpful, though we had few towels, one hand towel and no washcloth. There wasn't even a place in the sink area to hang a towel, so it looks like the place isn't set up for them, not just that the cleaning people didn't leave them. The place seems newly renovated, baths are nice.

We arrived after dark and could see no signs for the office. After driving through the property and back we pulled up near a door to try, a gruff man came to a window, wouldn't let us inside, and unhelpfully told us to move the car and leave it elsewhere. We couldn't figure out what he was trying to tell us--few words, maybe another language. Then a woman standing nearby indicated a couple of spaces across the driveway and down a bit that were only marked on the pavement, no signs, that said check in. So we moved the car and then he let me in. I asked for the first floor room we had requested in advance but he said we were checking in too late for that, it was around 8pm. There was only a desk chair, no comfortable place to sit in the room
