Clean and quiet
The Tv cuts off after a certain amount of time CONSTANTLY

Could see the airplanes coming into the airport.
Waffles was broken. Pool was closed. No shampoo in bathroom and wasn't discovered until I was in the shower.

Jacuzzi tub in the room
found a meth pipe in our room, food in the fridge, bugs in the shower. asked for partial of our money back was told we couldn’t get anything

Location was close to airport with easy access and commute to my flight. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The employee was rude and unhelpful. Refused to take a wakeup call and it took more than an hour for an employee to come in and shuttle to the airport, I MISSED MY FLIGHT!

the front desk messed up and gave someone else my room while I was already in the room . luckily we got it fix but that was concerning . there was also holes patched with no painting over it , looked bad

the Ambience and decor was nice
The pool was dirty we used the pool told to clean out ourselves. we had no Soap wash cloths or towels to bathe. had to go buy some the TV did not work the Wi-Fi did not work although they stated that it was free and it worked without a passcode there was also no one available at the front desk for hours we even attempted to call them from our room and we received no answer. Each Time we went to the front desk no one was there. When I finally did find someone to speak to ( cleaners) she said the manager was unavailable. I waited and came back and she was telling him my complaints. He didn’t care and said I should have told someone or contacted the front desk. I asked for some kind of accommodation for our inconvenience as we would be back in the area next week for work He rudely stated NO and it’s our fault we didn’t contact anyone about what we needed.

Needs updated, room was clean but stool wobbles and there was no roll holder for toilet paper. Pool are was o.k but a strange looking round thing with a small amount of water in it. It had a electric box in it which could be dangerous. I thought price was a little high. But otherwise it was o.k.
