The spacious room

I don’t like the smell of the hallway. We checked in at 7pm and we weren’t informed that parking was not included. We had to pay $20 extra for parking. No filtered water in lobby. No extra sheets available

Close to the airport, decent breakfast

The hotel simply do not answer Booking messages neither email, they can only be contacted by phone. The shuttle from the airport works until 9 pm. If you arrive later, you have to take Uber o taxi.

la recepcionista que bus recibió sobre 5:30 pm muy descortés. encontramos en el sofá cama una toalla y sábanas sucias usadas por otro huésped

ruime kamer voor gezin (5 slaapplaatsen) , ontbijt was prima, maar sober. Buiten op het terras waren veel leguanen, leuk om te zien

Dat er nog extra betaald moest worden voor het parkeren op het priveterrein van het hotel.

The rooms , Needs to be updated & the rooms were very dark not enough lights, My shower wasn’t working, and the tv was extremely to small for a suite

Llegamos al Hotel nos entregaron las 2 habitaciones de la reserva. Debajo del cobertor de la cama del 716 estaba sucia tenía cabellos, restos de comida, alas de insectos, vello púbico, pestañas. Mi esposo bajo y, subió con el encargado de recepción, nos cambiaron a la habitación 714. El encargado quito el cobertor de la cama, sacudió la cama y nos entrego la otra habitación. Descansamos ahí y al día siguiente no fueron a limpiar ninguna de las 2 habitaciones que alquilamos, no había shampoo, acondicionador, papel higiénico, jabón para la ducha. El sillón cama super sucio, con tierra, con pelos de mascota, más cabellos. Es protocolo de ellos tener limpia las habitaciones, pero fue todo lo contrario. No tuve buena experiencia.

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean. I thought by its description it was closer to the airport. The shuttle only runs at the top of the hour. I called the hotel 4 times before someone answered the phone to tell me that I would have to wait for 40 minutes for the shuttle. The hotel is not next to anything within walking distance. The only food offered is light snacks, think chips or popcorn at the bar. I would not stay here again.

La variedad del desayuno.

La habitación olía a humedad desde que llegamos, y el aire acondicionado era viejo, lo que hacía que el aire se sintiera sucio. Además, la última noche nos quedamos sin internet, lo cual fue bastante incómodo. El horario del desayuno también cierra demasiado temprano, lo que no es ideal para quienes desean relajarse y tomar las cosas con calma por la mañana.

El alojamiento muy bueno

We had a very late flight and didn't get to the hotel until almost 2am. It was a quick and easy checkin and our room was upgraded at check in which was a pleasant surprise. The room was huge! Way more than what we expected. It had a living room w/ huge couch and table w/ 4 chairs, mini refrigerator and coffee pot. We were only staying overnight until the next morning, well same morning since it was 2am. Check out wasn't until 11am, but we did leave a little earlier. The continental breakfast was a nice inclusion, my only suggestion would be to put the waffle station by itself somewhere. Many people were making lots of waffles which had a huge line that was blocking where you get your plate, oatmeal and yogurt. Other than that, this was a great overnight stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly and we got breakfast! Would def. recommend!

The property was very clean, comfortable and literally close to everything! The hotel shuttle was everything I didn’t know I needed. This will be my go to place when in Miami again
