The location was good in that it was convenient and quiet. It was near a supermarket, restaurants and shops. It was also just a short ride away from the main DC area for quick sightseeing at the end of a business trip. Luggage storage system was good too. I liked that they provided makeup wipes. Saved me from rummaging through my stuff. Lastly, the double bolt lock was really useful, especially for a solo traveler.

Service: They got my name wrong, as in wrong first and last name, meaning a completely different person. And that's after I gave them an ID. They were also not so friendly to some guests but perfectly cordial to others. They also forgot to give me water so I didn't know until check out that there was complimentary bottled water. Room facilities: Old and incomplete. The furniture was not well-kept. No notepad or writing materials. The TV took a while to get a signal. The coffee machine was a bit moldy. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste or shaver and no note as to whether these are by request or not. The lighting was also a bit dim and inconsistently designed. Some were warm white and others cool white. Even so, the cool white lighted areas were barely sufficiently lighted. Like the doorway, the light fixture was crooked and it wasn't bright enough so it gave a creepy vibe. The desk lamp was also too dim. It felt like those were an afterthought. Overall, I wouldn't want to stay here again if there were other choices in the area.

The building and the room appear to be about 5 years past the schedule for a renovation + new furnishings + new mattress.

The best location for any visitor. Everything is in walking distance: restaurants, nail and massage places, grocery store, movie theater. The hotel shuttle can drop you off and pick you up at the metro station- Pentagon City. And right next to this metro station is a big nice Pentagon Shopping Mall 😀👍 The best shuttle driver 😀 Hi Kathie 😻

Affordable breakfast. Location. Size of room.

Uncomfortable lobby. No housekeeping unless requested although pamphlets said there was. Had to request towels but old towels on bathroom floor was there all 3 days.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The location is very good. it is inside the Sherrington village which has a lot of good restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking lots which are free in the weekend and nights.

it is a bit away from the metro blue line stations. you need drive or take other buses to the closest blue line stations.
