Breakfast was good. Better than I would expect for free breakfast.

My room was too warm, even in late November. However the engineer came to my room and fixed the problem, and coached me on how to use the thermostat.

The staff was exceptional!! Everyone I encountered was helpful and polite.

My only complaint was the shower head in the bathroom. Updates need to be made to handheld shower heads. I think it would also help the water pressure.

Great Choice hot and cold breakfast. Stocked up throughout Breakfast Staff on hand Tables cleaned and plenty of space. The staff were so accommodating. We had luggage problems with the airline and even though we had checked out they still worked with us to ensure the bags were finally delivered. They also allowed an early check in in one room which was great. Staff at reception were so good Thank you !! Free shuttle bus worked great for getting to Metro on those hot mornings, although really is only a short walk. But also great to get down to the Waterfront in the evening. Great location

There was nothing I didn't like. I was very pleased with everything about my stay!

The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable. A supermarket is close by. The staff is friendly and in particular the janitor who has to fix all the negligences of the hotel management was fantastic at all times. The gym rooms have standard equipment which in my case was absolutely okay.

The first room, the hotel team assigned was next to a construction site, in the second room after I changed, the phone was not working and the toilet was clogged. All rooms have carpets in a design and colour that in 2005 could have been bright, or they were designed and coloured in a way that you would not see it even if you made an oil change on the carpet. Mineral water was not complementary, but sets you back 6 USD for a medium bottle. If you think this is a rip off, try to buy beer or wine downstairs. Free WiFi in the corridor section where I was was terrible (why would a hotel have zones of crappy and better reception of WiFi? are the room prices different?). Almost no signal and on top bandwith of the free WiFi is stark limited. In 2024, fibre optics and 5G are conquering the world, in this hotel you have to pay to have a bandwith for a decent voice call! The breakfast is limited to everything that makes your cardiologist a rich man. If you can, have your breakfast elsewhere and save the extra money.
