The location was safe and convenient. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were wonderful.

The TVs in the rooms are listed as a "smart TV" and they are not.

Great location and Great staff—Corey checked me in, and he was swamped with people and phone calls…yet he still assisted me with my luggage as no one else was available.

There are additional credit card hold amounts that are not disclosed until check-in; they come off of course, but one should be aware.

I liked the cleanliness and thought the room was pretty. I also felt safe in the room.

The conference rooms were really cold. Also wish the pool had more privacy. I also had a room that was joint to another where they shared doors. The people on the other side were strangers. The conjoined doors leaked a lot of noise.

There was construction at the hotel. I wish that was disclosed when I booked. The rooms were dingy. Base boards were not clean. Trash cans in the bathroom had stains on them. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the temperature for a day. They couldn’t add my Honors membership to the stay.

I didn’t like how it was advertised that breakfast was included but once I started booking my stay it said that the continental breakfast was $18 per person. The renovations kinda threw me off as well. When I arrived to the property I didn’t even think it was open because the front entrance was boarded up. And also I don’t understand why I had to pay for parking if I was a guest at the hotel

The bed was comfortable.

There was hair in the bathroom.

The breakfast was complimentary due to a problem with our bathroom sink which was stopped up later that evening. The front desk agent offer us another room, but it was late that night so we decided to stay in the room.

The bathroom sink stopped up. Outside of that the accommodations were great! We attended a college alumni event throughout the day. It was very enjoyable.

The whole experience was not pleasant.

Staff was very rude and un attentive. Also, rooms never got cleaned even upon requesting at the front desk. The phone inside the room did not work, and the staff was notified and did nothing. The room had no microwave, and the A/C was very noisy. Also, parking was an extra 15 dollars per night.

Convenient location, and the breakfast was delicious.

The bar/restaurant was perfect. Great food and terrific service.

We got to the room and it was clearly under maintenance. The bedside table was pulled out and the lamp between the beds was disassembled. The one year old with us was exhausted and needed a nap desperately so they lay down for her to rest. I went downstairs to let them rest and saw two of the front desk staff in the elevator. I asked them to wait 2 hours and investigate. Nothing ever was checked or fixed. I went to the bar and it wasn’t yet open so I went to the outdoor lounge area to read. The fire pits were all filled with cigarette butts and there were children on a deck above me throwing things. Later water started pouring from the bathroom ceiling over the tub.

Their was no breakfast with such an expensive room that was a first
