The entire staff was friendly and helpful to take care of all of our needs. The room was comfortable and clean. The loyalty lounge served delicious food. All was excellent!

Remodeling had ti enter from side door at night it isn't too safe. Food options were basic. You're paying for location. Prices should be lower for the inconvenience.

The hotel stay was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.

It would have been nice to offer complimentary coffee to guests in the morning.

We entered the dining area and only 1 other family was there .. we waited an hour for our breakfast . In that time the dining area was full and everyone was served but us . We had 3 children with us

I still can’t understand why the servers and hostess did not trouble shoot why the kitchen did not send up our food in the dining area .

Room was clean and comfy but view was not nice at all.

Again the view & I was told at the front desk that I would be charged $40 if I were to check in 30 minutes early. I have traveled a lot in the US & was never charged!

Convenient to the Metro

That if you wanted coffee in the morning you to get it at the Starbucks, there was not any complimentary coffee. The room that adjoined to ours had children in it with no supervision and they were very noisy most of the night, we even called the front desk to complain.

Great location not to far from the White House and the Mall. Rooms are clean, confortable and modern. Big plus the parking: You pay a fee for overnight parking and you can remove your vehicle as many times as you please. Big big plus: Staff is very friendly and helpful.

when i checked in, the receiption lady was not friendly at all when i wanted to ask the breakfast detailes. she did not want to answer even one word. the valet did not have our car's paking record even i gave them the receipt. we had to wait in the lobby more than one hour for nothing. the most unbelieveable thing that the hotel charged me twice for the frist day's parking cost . even G3 student could find the calculation was wrong but they still charged from my deposit. and we have to call them more than 10 times to send emails to ask the accouting person to double checking. thanks for THE GOD, seems this over charged money back to my pocket. and we will never see any Marriott logo again. that's the worst hotel on the world which we faced. normally i did not write the review because i did not want to spent time on this issue. but this time i have to write it here. Good Luck for everyone whom wanted to book this hotel . please think it over and over and over and over then decide.

The staff was very kind. The facility and room were nice. The fitness center is one of the best we have seen. The pool was nice as well.

The noise levels at 2 and 3 am being so close to the elevators made it impossible to sleep. So we only got a few hours of interrupted sleep. We weren’t feeling our best. Not sure what they can do to insulate the rooms close the elevator but whatever can be done would definitely only improve the stays for their customers.

Great new refurbished rooms, excellent location, almost next to the White House.

Swimming pool looks bigger on the pictures than it is in reality.

Room is clean and comfortable, location is just right. Hotel security is good.

No toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste given. A bit pricey too.
