Too much noise early morning with carts, housekeepers literally talking loud while walking thru.

Good shower pressure

I didn't like how the shower curtain stuck to me while showering and I didn't like that the toilet was so close to the wall and the toilet paper holder and I didn't like the noisy neighbors and I wasn't given the room I was supposed to get.

there was no mirror in the bathroom….

Mostly clean, office staff friendly.

You can hear everything.(neighbors, traffic and trains) Room is way over priced. They have the phone ontop of the microwave and the microwave ontop of the fridge. That's it! Nothing else. There is no tables or desk had to put our stuff on the floor. Lights and plugs near bed didn't work either. Turned on heater and it smelled like burnt hair all night. Also our door wouldnt close all the way so we had to keep heater on. Then at 930am music started blaring and rumbling the floors.

The rooms were affordable during the snow storm.

The staffs should work on the attitudes & approach policies with customers with professional manners. I don't appreciate the staffs being rude towards paying guests. Including making a fit about another room being reserved from a different room. Which I clearly reset on my reserve of the room. I didn't expected my family run into an issues with the staffs being rude and assuming their were criminals with cards. Your manager and staffs need to do better than being racist & judging people. Find professional people who doesn't get upset very easy.

Rooms weren't cleaned. There was no toilet paper. No shampoo, hand soap. Did not enjoy the stay at all.

It had heat

There was no sink , mirror. Next door was to load. Shower was dripping water all nite

Warm room at check in.

Room is old, but it was a reasonable stay for the cost.

Clean the place up. Cigarette butts littered the stairway which is covered in loose indoor outdoor carpet. Cigarette butts outside of our room. The furnishings were old and battered looking. Room just was not very clean. Towels are thin and not many amenities.

the room wasn’t very nice for how much we paid kinda grungy and the showers are terrible shower curtain is in the shower so you get wrapped up in the shower.
