I liked the property cause it was ez to get to the historic discrict
I didn’t like that their coffee maker wasn’t name brand. Keurig would have been nice

Location close to attractions.
It was not clean and was in need of updating.
Very disappointed because notwithstanding the fact that we had requested that our room be cleaned, in all the 5 days of our stay it was not serviced at all.

Loved that there was a door separating the two spaces. Made it very easy to work
The wifi didn’t work properly. There were things that wouldn’t load.

Room met our needs for three adults. Felt more like being at home than in a hotel room. Proximity to activities was good.
Highly likely I will not use Booking.com in the future or recommend use to others. I accidentally booked our stay for an additional night, immediately realized it, and wanted to correct but was not allowed to do so, so lost out on one night room charge and associated taxes and fees. Got caught up in the FOMO of the deal and only two rooms left at the great price. Hotel adjusted my departure date but I did not get a refund. Honest mistake, but feel burned in that respect.

We like Residence Inn because they offer suites. We liked having access to kitchen facilities, a living room area, and two big-screen TVs. The hotel staff was welcoming and very friendly.
We have a list of what we didn't like:
- the location -- it was promoted as a "river view", which it was not
- the common hallway had a foul odor; as if the carpet was in desperate need of being cleaned
- there were plumbing issues in the suite -- the tub backed up each time we showered as did the vanity sink each time we used it
- the kitchenette was not well-appointed (insufficient cutlery and pots and pans0
- the trash cans and bags were tiny
- the bedroom was cramped, as was the dining table
- the snack table was tiny, as well; or needed a friend
- the breakfast options were limited; particularly for people who don't eat pork

Clean room, comfortable bed, nicely arranged, liked the balcony and kitchenette.

Overall, it was really clean and well maintained. The lobby was welcoming and I liked the Easter decor and the cookies were a nice touch. The pool was clean and heated which was nice since it was chilly. There were plenty of places to relax outside. It looked good.
The room has fixtures that need to be replaced. There was a broken drawer that the tv sat on, and the refrigerator door wouldn’t close all the way. Parking was tight when I came home at night, which was a hassle with my truck.

The staff was excellent. Especially the young lady that kept our room so comfortable and clean. I did not get her name but many Tim es I observed her in the hallways or whenever the doors were opened to other rooms and she was singing. She has a beautiful voice, spirit and made us feel so at home. She was exceptional. The breakfast, was good, but, please include whole milk for cereal, 2% for cereal is a healthy choice, however, that is the only area I splurge in :) The front desk young lady was excellent. Very helpful and always smiled. Really great experience all the way around. The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive. I am a clean freak. :) It was so nice to stay at your Inn.

the breakfast is excellant and I like the location, convenient.
The manager there is rude, cost toooo much money for what you get there. My parents use walkers and the front entrance hasw handicap ramp, the side entrance in the back has one also, however, its a very long walk to get there from your room. The back entrance has steps, which is very stupid, since you park in the back, very inconvenient.
