The breakfast was great.

When we arrived the hotel didn't have a room available for my family and I. They didn't have a confirmation from Booking.com even though I did. Two employees told me to call you all and left the room. A new employee started her shift and called the General manager. In the meantime we called Booking.com but received no assistance. The manager honored our rate and we were able to get our room after much stress.

Staff was excellent the fire pit was a nice feature

The breakfast was amazing, hot ,fresh, a large variety of Items. There was something for everyone in the family

There was only 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and 1hand towel in our room, however the front desk was more than happy to provide more.

Fine… had to ask what several things were… questions were answered.

Easy access, calm, clean & spacious room, nice swimming pool, really good breakfast, kids friendly.

Room cleaned only 2 times in 7 days. We were informed it'd be done once every 2 days but we're not used to it yet, and when on holidays we appreciate some help in the cleaning, especially in a room we share with 2 kids.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and pool was refreshing after being out in the 107 degree heat

The girl who checked me in at 11:30pm was soooo nice, I loved her!
