Hallways were dirty my room was dirty walking into it.

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

"Due to construction" breakfast was pretty much school juice cups, quaker oats bars, a weird tasting packaged danish bread and apple or bannanas. With a to-go brown bag. There should've atleast been a forwarning so people heading out can make breakfast plans with time

Room was in a new renovated handicap accessible and looking perfect.

Hall needs paint touch up and renovation debris seen in a few spots, that were mostly gone the next morning

It was loud. The sheets were itchy. There was wallpaper in the hallway coming off, and mold was under it. Lots of trash on the outside.

The room and everything was comfortable as well it was neat...

No elevator was on and forced to walk up the stairs back n forth even when u carried a suitcases image that. Staffs needed to double check with trashes when a person stays til the next t day or so.... They should b careful when a person got locked out toward a room that they reserved for more than a day or two as well...

Inside or outside Elevator never worked had to climb 3 flights of stairs daily..Husband received chemo and radiation daily for 18 days climbing stairs horrible for him!! Moved around money in my account to much even a week after me leaving… remodeling the hotel trash all in the back of the hotel blocking my car and not moving after asking them so I can get out of my space..my husband had to move trash..

everything was nice.

bath tub to high for seniors. curtain window don’t roll down.
