The sofa was very nice and comfy. The closet was huge.
I wish the place was closed in like Sleep Inn. It would have made us feel more secure

We always stay at this property when we are in the area. Great rooms for a great price. Several great food locations within walking distance or a very short drive. This trip our A/C wasn't working in the room and they didn't have the space to move us and they brought in a whole new A/C for the room for us!!! James, the front clerk at night, was amazing! He was so accommodating and nice despite me having to constantly ask for more coffee for our room. He was definitely the best there during my stay! Rooms were clean and neat. Property also has smoking rooms with is a big deal when traveling with my mother.
Quite a bit of road noise, but there isn't much to be done about that!

Biscuits were cold. Couldn’t find waffle maker spray. Waffle syrup was watered down. Sheets and bedding smelled clean and mattress semi comfortable. Room still had a smoky smell.
Water from sink tasted horrible. There was no chlorine in the pool because you could detect a fishy and urine smell. It was disgusting. This motel is representative of a true BEST WESTERN hotel. I was very disappointed and will never stay there again and will not recommend this motel!

The only thing I liked about my stay is the location. The room smelled of mold very bad. The wall in the restroom had something on it and was unpleasant to look at. The pool as absolutely disgusting. The water had a very bad fishy smell and the towel I used to dry off smelled so bad I had to leave it outside the room. After I got home I washed my swimsuit and the smell was still there. I had to soak it in cleaner for hrs. I have never had an experience like that from a pool. It was nasty. The last problem I had was the ac was not very cold. I had to use my fan to be comfortable.
The room could have been cleaner and the pool definitely could have been cleaner. The ac needs to be replaced or something.

very dirty. equipment left out their maintenance door wide open in the night kinda scary. 2 of my towels had hair in it and the other towel had a stain on it.

location, right beside the gym
they were not too accommodating, they didn’t let my friend check in even I called in, made changes to the names through booking.com, sent them the email changes, they still made him wait for 6 hours til I got to the property.

Everything was good.
food choices were ok but the problem for me was that the bacon/sausage was in the same pot as the eggs.
i don’t eat pork and putting everything in the same pot rules out the possibility for me to eat the eggs.
please separate the two.

Location is good, has Mexican cuisine few feet away, so you can have good dinner if you like. Staff was pretty friendly. Nice breakfast assortment.
This hotel is not new at all. Furniture seen better days, many signs of repair on a walls and doors. At least it was more or less clean. For me price for that value should be way less - it stated as 3-star hotel, but in practice it's just a motel with a breakfast, so should be priced accordingly.

Parking not available near room, several items in room needed repairs or did not function, moved items to make room available for repairs, urine (not our) at base of toilet, shower was a garden stream.

Cockroaches in the room.. one in the towel after a shower. After the 3rd one crawled across the bed that was it, we left gave the keys to Charles and asked for the refund. Charles said we weren't charged and it felt like he was lying.. and if so I will fight this charge and refuse to pay for a cockroach infested hotel that we had to leave at 1 in the morning!!!

There is no Breakfast, they called breakfast but there was nothing, no bread, no sandwich, every container was empty, no body fill the container.

Nothing - I called on 9/2/22 and am supposed to be getting a full refund for 9/3/22 as I checked out and had to spend an extra $100 to find a decent hotel on a holiday weekend!!

location was fine. Did not have the breakfast. Bed nice and comfortable.
TV remote didn't work, had hard time with the controls on the actual tv. Hot water in sink just trickled out.
